came in to do a pre employment drug test 25 minutes before close and was looked at like i was absolutely stupid and was told that they can’t do anything after 4pm despite the fact that they close at 430pm. i find this a little confusing considering the posted hours and suggest to maybe change that so you don’t have other people taking time off of their jobs and losing money to get their things done. very unhappy with my visit

I've always had excellent care/service here. The staff has gone above and beyond a couple times to help me get revised orders from my doctors. I've never had to wait long...even when I didn't have an appointment. I highly recommend this place.

I walked right in at 9:15am on a Thursday without an appointment and the front lady was very nice. Pointed me to their check in kiosk. I was in the room by 9:30 and out by 9:45.

I almost passed out and i asked if i could have some juice or something and she said NO, all i can do is call an ambulance..so i sat there with my head between my knees until it passed. Also, have not sent lab work over to doctor or portal..i hate going there!Last Summer, they said my lab orders wrong, when they were bot and Today in 2024, the lab had a closed sign on the door, 15 minutes before scheduled closing time! Do they care that it can take me weeks, to feel well enough to travel there, just to have to turn around and leave??!!!

Always a pleasant experience. Staff is super friendly very quick and makes things a seemless process. Went in for a drug screening was there about 20 minutes that's with 4 people in front of me...like I said super quick

This is the only place I’ll get lab work done! The staff are so kind and keep you at ease. They are quick and super efficient! I hope the current staff never leave because they’re the best!

I'm amazed with the service today. I needed blood work done and the two staff members there were both so nice and had good sense of humors. I deal with stress by laughing and I felt like they entertained me in that aspect and managed to get my blood drawn quickly. Very thankful for them both today!

Mike Oates was great!!! My doctors office stuck me twice and couldn't get blood for bloodwork so they sent me to LabCorp. No issues whatsoever and he was really nice.

This is a good place to go if you want to do EVERYTHING YOURSELF but draw the bloodtest. I personally will never use this place again.

Unsanitary conditions.Went to this location for pre-employement testing, toilet seat was covered in pee and the sink also had pee ring from a cup on it. Immediately left the restroom and notified the associate assisting me, she caught attitude about it. She went in with a wetwipe and wiped down the toilet but not the sink. Said that I wasn't going to be using the sink so I shouldn't be worried about it.
