Contacted them about some pieces that were dry rotted.They won’t acknowledge or issue a credit because they’re monogrammed. I didn’t get to see the fabric before it was monogrammed. Monogrammed or not, the pieces are of poor quality and shame on you.

Ordered two new coats. My old coats are XS petites. Ordered small regular so I could wear fleece under. New sizes run small, much smaller than old XS petites and quality is cheap. Waste of money because have to pay to return. Not buying anymore. Definitely a change in quality. Disappointing.

I just wanted to extend some gratification to Abigail for actually helping me with an exchange. I originally ordered two sweatshirts when they were on sale in the wrong size. The First Lady who helped me, I believe her name was Susan was basically telling me they couldn’t help because it was a sale price and that’s all I could get. Abigail went out of her way to go to the kiosk and get me the same pricing through customer service. Thank you for actually knowing how to provide customer service instead of taking the easy way out telling me to cut my losses.

Purchased coat that said would arrive NLT Dec 13 for Xmas
On Dec 20 called FEDx who said package apparently lost and to call shipper. Unable to get anyone at Lands end to help (phone/email) so will get Bank to cancel charge. Terrible company!

Selections/sizes of men's slacks are extremely limited. Many other items men/women's are very limited.

The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Online returns are easy when you put items back in and the plastic bag in which they were delivered. If you order in store the item ships for free.

Ordered a shirt in a small when the shirt arrived I thought they sent me a large by mistake but it was actually a small very disappointing not sure how you figured your sizing chart but will not be ordering from you anymore
