Maybe instead of telling people to come back after noting your staff made a mistake in the tax process, you can correct them and not waste my time. I came back just to be given a completely different amount than I was told the first time. I took ten minutes for them to give me my documents back and they handed me a stack of papers as if I didn’t present them in a folder. We have to do better. This is terrible service. Would not recommend.
