So far so good. Lee helped me sign up for a space, she was very helpful and thorough, knew her stuff. The code and app worked right off the bat. She made it easy. The grounds look clean and well kept.

Fantastic experience with this facility and staff! When trying to locate a storage space that’s convenient and clean I happened to find Life Storage in Western Hills/Crookshank Rd. The price was affordable and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. In particular, Rob seemed to not only be knowledgeable and pleasant but also concerned about the storage space that we chose being the best choice to fit our needs and our pockets. Will recommend this facility to anyone looking for a good place and location to store their goods. Thanks again Rob!
