Brandi and Nick are two of the rudest most unprofessional employees I have ever experienced. If you are looking for a storage unit, Istorage should be the last choice. On top of terrible customer service, you also get a storage unit that is falling apart. This experience with Istorage has been a nightmare.

We rented a unit with outside entrance here and had a terrible time with them. First when we went to start moving things in the gate to our unit was locked and we had to park on upper side of building and move our stuff, which on this load consisted of heavy furniture items and heavy pressure washers, lawnmowers, etc., up 2 stairs into the building, down 16 stairs to our level, then down and around a labrynth type hallway to our unit. When we opened the unit there was trash and the previous occupants unwanted belongings. Totally unacceptable. A few days ago by and we go to move in more and this time the office had said they would make sure gate was unlocked so we could access our unit. We get there and the gate was locked and once again we had to deal with all the stairs. Then we open the unit and there is an inch of water in part of it getting soaked up by our boxes and furniture. Where the water came from who knows because it was dry outside. So they give us a different unit in another building which was great because the other gate was apparently broke and open all the time. It's about the 3rd week we've been there and we are needing to move our whole household of belongings there when they put a note up saying there will be no access for 2 days while they fix the parking lot and things. Well 2 days turned into 5 which really messed up our moving in. We had to cancel the moving crew we had scheduled and ended up having to move all our belongings in many trips in our van. It took us a good 4 days to move everything there then we had to go through it and separate things out so we were there pretty much off and on 24 hrs s day for 4 days as most of our belongings were outside the unit. On the last day as we are just finishing getting everything put into storage finally a manager named Nick comes yelling at us telling us he's terminating our lease and giving us 7 days to get everything out of our fully packed 10x20 unit. On this day they actually fix the main gate and guess what, our access code said we were denied access. Needless to say but unfortunately we'll be seeing them in court.

Extremely humid and dirty facilities, broken locks on the front door, needles outside the unit. All my stuff was damp, dirty, and I lost quite a few items to mold. No humidity control whatsoever and they don't claim any responsibility for mold, yet there's clear water damage and evidence of sitting water in the building. Cheap rent, but you get what you pay for.

I booked a climate controlled unit. I had my belongings here for less than two months. I moved out today, and my unit was wet! Some of my stuff has mold and I have to throw it away!!!! Absolutely awful!

On move-in day we walked into a room with somebody else’s junk. The office was closed and I had to find an alternative storage facility. On the next business day, I called for a refund but was denied.

Absolutely disgraceful. After first month of rent they doubled my rental price.
Upon moving in there was broken glass, bloody jeans and other dirt. I had to clean the unit. I came back after a few months to check my things and there was water in everything with mold. I will be moving my things elsewhere.
I do not recommend using this storage unit.

So I stayed at this unit I ordered it online The first unit they sent me to it was soaking what due to the sinking bags that are sagging from the roof so brought it to their attention they immediately moved me and assured me that number 25 did not leak That's a lie it leaked so I got water damage on my laptop my speakers my clothes and some other things I took pictures then I go back to get some of my stuff because I had to leave it in the soaking wet unit why because they put two locks on the doors when they're empty except for the ones that have little red tags and people are hopping in because they leave certain units open so they could get in people are hopping in and putting the stolen stuff inside other units and this I know cuz I investigated so then I went around to all the doors that clearly state they should be shut or they will be fined okay now the only doors that were closed were at the bottom where the road could see them but the ones on the top definitely were not and if you open them up inside you could tell people live in there Yes you can so I went around and I closed all the doors because the people that want their stuff secure they want it secure correct so I was on the phone with corporate also while I was checking these units so now I have to make a insurance claim Yes I do which is pain in the rear unless you have receipts which I do I do but now I have to take time out of my day to call make a police report should do all that mumbo jumbo then spend hours on the phone with the insurance company for them to hassle me even though and I know this is what I know I know this is an inside job because they are taking it up and over the panels which should be closed clearly I have fingerprints I have indentions I have the whole kitten caboodle on how they were getting in and I know they are keeping them in there so when I called the office that the guy immediately said are you calling me a thief instead of oh no someone broken your unit his first words where are you calling me a thief I said nope but somebody there is and this is what I know because I spent 2 hours investigating so no I do not recommend this place in any way shape or form they are crooks and say oh and the corporate office told me my bill was not due till the 13th how come they've been trying to take money out of my account since the first that's a scam savory to the finest so if y'all are paying for a storage to store your stuff that you want to keep this is not the unit absolutely not The panels are even horizontal so people could climb up and over now I've had many stays at storages cuz I buy storage units isn't that comical so and I know usually people have them vertical you know which is so easy to break into cuz that's happened to me before as well but this place right here nothing but trouble

No one is ever there to make sure premises is secure or answer questions. Someone went in my unit and stole items. What's even more interesting they probably won't give you money for things that were stolen.

I can only speak on the two locations that I’ve been dealing with. The one on Vine has been great! No complaints I just needed a bigger unit. The one in Norwood was horrible and I mean horrible. I do know they had some staffing issues. But the new property manager seems to be turning things around so I might just stay. Kudos to the new property manager! Well done!

Had a great experience with istorage on marburg ave in okaly ,I spoke with jenn who helped me with the everything I needed ,when we arrived the facility was very clean and easy to navigate will recommend this location to anyone who needs a storage unit.

We booked a garage, our assigned unit had a lock on it, we were not provided with another unit. 2 months of payment and we have nothing stored there because we were not given a unit. There is no property manager or staff at this location. We called several times, were never provided a solution, and were charged again. Company has not upheld their end of the lease in any way. Again, called several times. Folks you could probably just go in, find a locker without a lock and go ahead keep your stuff in it. There's no staff there to know who has what where.
