I've been at this store about a year ago, but unfortunately, I kept postponing this review until now. I'd like to express my gratitude for the salesperson, a nice young lady called Star (I hope my memory didn't fail) who was so gentle and pleasant when I went there. She sure made an impression and cared in high standards the L'Occitane's name.

This place is great!! Jean Paul was super helpful with explaining each of the products and he was super welcoming. Really enjoyed the complimentary hand massage. Definitely recommend shopping here!

I wish I caught the employees name who was working at the time, because she was AWESOME!!! I wish I could shout her out by name, she’s killing it!!!
I was looking at the viral Shea hand cream + a hand soap I got to try at a friends place and didn’t know if they would work for me with my hand eczema. She was kind enough to provide me with a sample of the Shea butter cream and the almond oil cream just in case I thought the Shea butter was too thick. So patient and willing to explain all of the different products to me! I had to hold back on purchasing because I wanted to make sure the products would work for me, without having to return a tube I barely used. I also did not feel overly pressured to buy anything, just encouraged. Looking to support an awesome brand with awesome employees, and hopefully will run into this SUPER helpful and personable employee again and purchase from her, as her help single-handedly made me want to take the leap to purchase the hand cream. Love this location and hope the best for her as she balances school with working here! Hope to be back very soon!

Jordan is always so friendly and helpful when I go here which is WAYYY to much. Their products are the best I have found for my skin. They smell great and have so many different options whether you prefer bar soap, or an amazing body wash, (TRY THE ALMOND OIL BODY WASH) or a great thick and lasting body cream. I use the Divine collection wash, serum, face cream, and youth oil for a natural glow. You can’t go wrong, a little goes a long way.

Working in nursing, I am always searching for a good hand cream. Not just any hand cream, either. The constant washing, sanitizer, and gloves are so harsh to the skin. Recommended by a co-worker. What a difference! Smooth, not too oily, and a pleasant rose scent. Even after washing and taking the gloves off, my hands weren't dry and cracked. In Love! I purchased online so quickly. The L'occitane hand cream is a best seller for a reason. My order was ready in about 2 hours. I was greeted in the mall store by a lovely associate, LaKesha. She was super knowledgeable about the product line, skin care and gave me samples to test out for my face. I definitely will be trying out other skin care products.Recommend? Absolutely! Shop in store for a high-end quality experience.Note: Beauty always comes with a price tag.

Amazing experience here! The products are amazing and really high quality. The manager, Laura, is obviously very passionate about the products and helped educate me on what her customers' favorites were. I am happy we stumbled upon this place!

I love shopping at this store. You receive personal attention without feeling pressured to buy items. Laura is so pleasant to talk to and there is a sweet young man who works there who gives wonderful advice about the products. They use the products themselves and are very knowledgeable. Laura helped me find discontinued lipstick from other stores and they shipped to me free. Jon Paul( I think that’s his name) explained all the different perfumes to me and how each one has a special meaning to him. I always enjoy my visits to the boutique in Kenwood.

I love L’Occitan! Quite amazing high quality body care products and delicate floral fragrances. However, I want to talk about the service and my experience. The guy who works currently here apparently doesn’t know what he is doing. For the two times I have visited and purchased from this branch he was there. I would like to say he is not good at communicating professionally with customers. He said something that he should’ve apologized for but didn’t even after when he was corrected by me. Didn’t give us samples only after I asked him yet he seemed unwilling. Didn’t welcomed us as we entered, someone should tell him that customers should feel inviting when they enter the shop. L'Occitane should recognize the importance of training their employees to make them provide customer services equal or exceed the level of their excellent products. I am writing this review because this is the second time to receive an unpleasant customer service from the same employee. Very disappointing.

I love the products, and have been using them head to toes for many years. But the service in the store at Kenwood Towne Centre is very disappointing. The lady forgot to give me the receipt and she also didn’t pack a few things I bought. It was a bad experience, and I hope to see the store handling customers better.

Great staff and trying to do their best with Covid to keep customers safe. Please ask the company that the physical gift cards are added online so that a trip to the store is not required or some method of contactless purchase.Love the lavender hand soap.
