It was my first time coming into the loft store the other day, Staff welcomed me, and seemed very nice. However, while I was browsing around the store, I overheard something extremely inappropriate. Blonde staff member, I assume she was the manager, was openly talking about politics and trump to a customer. The customer seemed very uncomfortable. Not sure what this lady’s name was because it was my first time in the store. She should not be working in retail when she pushes her opinions on trump to her own customers. I don’t even think she’s allowed to do this! Unbelievable! I will not be returning.

Missy has made my shopping experience here phenomenal. I was in a crunch to get some new clothing for a business trip & she was a huge help during both of my visits. I gave her an idea of what I was needing & she pulled a TON of options for me. She is extremely friendly, helpful & displays top notch customer service. Thank you Missy!!

I visited this store over the summer on a REALLY hot day and the store's AC system was dunzo. Of course with the way things are these days, it wasn't able to be replaced for a week or so, I believe. The store manager and the other employee were just so nice and unbelievably dedicated to be at work that day with how hot it was. They had fans going and were trying their hardest to do the job the best they could under the circumstances, all while showing smiles on their faces. Fast forward to this past weekend (Fall) when I visited the store, I was able to see the office manager again, Andrea. She is just a breath of fresh air! And the store is AMAZINGLY organized and so welcoming. Thanks again to Andrea and her staff. The LOFT organization is very lucky to have someone like these sweet people working for their company!

A decent variety of black jeans this fabric is genuinely plush (attractive to lint) and shape beautifully slimming

Cute clothes and good service! This last visit I was fortunate to find exactly what I was looking for, and it happened to be on clearance. I also had a promotional voucher which had an issue ringing up, but the store clerk was very helpful and gave a discount anyway.
