I purchased this 2016 Hyundai Accent from Lo’s Auto on March 4th 2025 at 6:30pm, He only told me there was a misfire with the 4th coil pack and there was no other issue because his mechanic checked this car out and they replaced the plugs. I went out to start the car the very next day the car did not start. I called him, it took him 2 days to bring a new battery, the battery he had in there did not even go to that car. On top of that, I then took the car to a shop for this coil pack and plugs to get fixed. The mechanic called me saying that Lo changed the coil pack and plugs he told him. The mechanic said that was NOT the Issue, the engine is bad, Something totally different from what LO told me, Lo told me that the coil pack and plugs would not be no more than 500!!! The mechanic said the pressure on coil pack should be 170, the mechanic said all 3 was at 170 except the 4th coil pack which is at 30. The mechanic said I would need a whole new engine that would be 2,500 to get fixed. And I only had the car since 03-04-25 not even 3 weeks and all didn’t say anything about an Engine. I told him I was buying this car for my 16 yr old daughter, he said I will be good he was gone give this car to his daughter. Then when I just called him, he now tried to switch it up and say I said it was a coil pack ok but it’s not, you also said it’s not a big issue like an engine or anything and it is. He also told me it’s something minor just to make a sell, so know what you are buying from LO Auto take it to a mechanic before purchasing a vehicle from this lot, They selling cars with bad engines!!!! Be Aware, After I purchased the vehicle my boyfriend told me something not right with his lot cause if the car misfired then he shouldn’t be selling them cars, and I need to take it back. If I only had the car 2 weeks the least he can do is exchange this car for another one, but he not even trying to do that when he willingly know he did not tell what was wrong with this car!!!! If You decide to purchase be Aware!!!!
that’s not true you never mentioned the Engine was Bad and need replaced. You said it only need plugs changed like A tune up. Never said A Engine.
So if you all want a reliable car with no engine issues I would NOT recommend Lo’s Auto. He will get the money for the car and don’t care after that knowing he sold you a BAD engine. A Bunch of Lies and Finesse to get your money and sell not a reliable car.

Lo is an incredible guy. He's super straightforward. I'd trust him. Lo is the only used car salesman I've talked to that also has deep experience in car maintenance. He often does maintenance on the cars before he sells them. He speaks 5 languages. Great independent business.

I found Lo's Autosales from a Google search and decided to visit this car lot based on all the positive reviews I read and I am so happy I did. Lo is awesome. He made me feel extremely comfortable during the entire process. He asked me what my budget was as well as my plans for the car and we went from there. He helped me find a a car to suit my needs. I was at the car lot across the street first and the cars there did not run well at all. It make me feel discouraged until I came to Lo's. His cars are affordable and he hand-picks out the cars he buys so they are in the best shape for the best price. I bought my 2005 Jeep Liberty. It runs so well. Whoever had it before me took really good care of it and only had like 170,000 miles for $4000. That's the kind of service you can expect when you come here. He turned everything up right before I left, too. Would buy from here again.
