I wish someone would use the tiniest bit of common sense. Bought a float switch for a sump pump at 10:30am, tried to return it unopened and unused at 6:30pm and was told it’s a was non returnable and a biohazard. I left the product and walked away. I’ll never be back to this lowes. If an unused cord can’t be returned you guys aren’t worth having any of my money.

Everyone has been so knowledgeable, helpful and kind and that’s been consistent for 3-4 visits. We will be back! Especially Zion in flooring and Michelle at self checkout.

When I tell you this is THE best Lowe’s I have ever been to would be the greatest understatement. Upon walking through the automatic sliding doors I am greeted by the legendary Travice Kelce from the Kansas City chiefs. And I’m not surprised this massively successful location could afford to pay him an hourly rate just to stand there motionless. The isles are organized, the cashiers are kind, and the sales associates are pleasant. Do your shopping at Lowe’s on Colerain Ave. 10/10 support from Amber(short + brutally honest) and Jamie(bald+vikings). Don’t do donuts in their parking lot.

This Lowe's store is consistently clean and organized, making for a pleasant shopping experience. The layout is logical, and it's easy to find the products I'm looking for. However, finding an associate to assist with questions or complex purchases can be challenging.
On multiple occasions, I've struggled to locate an employee in specific departments. The call bells intended to summon assistance seem to be ineffective, which can be frustrating when you need help with product information or technical advice.
On the positive side, the self-checkout process is quick and efficient. If you know exactly what you need and don't require assistance, it's a breeze.
Overall: This Lowe's has the potential to be one of the best in the area if they could improve employee availability and responsiveness. Focusing on increasing staff presence on the floor, ensuring call bells are functional, and empowering employees to proactively offer help would significantly enhance the customer experience. For now, be prepared to navigate the store independently or plan extra time to track down assistance.

Crume installers did inferior work. Bifold closet door fell off and hit me in the back. They refuse to refund anything for the installation charge and not a full refund for the doors, deducted 20% Lowe's lost a customer thanks to Crume

I wanted to leave this review about a manager named James, or he also goes by Jamie A. He gave me a link to take a survey. I did take the survey, but I wanted to single him out personally. Jamie was very friendly from the start. We needed a price adjustment approved and he came over to help. He was smiling, and asked immediately how he could help. We had bought 15 boxes of laminate flooring spending 443.00. He offered to help us graciously. At first my husband said we didn’t need help. I overruled that decision and agreed to let Jamie help. While we waited for my husband to bring the truck around we joked about him being a Vikings fan, and me being a Chiefs fan. Then I asked him if they would price match the underlayment for the floor. Home Depot had the same kind at .10c cheaper. He agreed to give me the price match after he verified the Home Depot price, and we spend another 126.00 at your store. It was so cold out and I was grateful we did not have to go back to Home Depot. I wish every business had workers and managers like Jamie. It makes the shopping experience a little more enjoyable. Makes a person feel better spending over 500.00 of their hard earned money in a store where someone appreciates it. Thank you Jamie for being so kind, friendly, courteous, and helpful. We truly enjoyed meeting, and talking to you on our visit Friday, 1/24/2025 At 6:07 pm. Oh and don’t forget Go Chiefs!!!

The store is nice, however it can be hard to find staff at times. Prices can very as well from well priced to sometimes being a bit higher then expected or at other places, but nothing to major for what I've needed.

I love the metal blinds I got from this store, product was perfect and I got a wonderful store associate (with name tag Elliot) who patiently resize it for me. Great store ,with great staff.
