9 months to finally have a entry door I purchased from Lowe’s installed correctly. Crume Instalations did a poor job and they were no shows many times during the process. A I got from Lowes was a whole lot of I’m sorries. Not a good way to treat your customers.

If I could give them less than one star I would. How do you feel a toilet at a reduced price and not tell the person buying the toilet that it is cracked and broken. This store has no scruples. Home Depot has much better prices and better quality of products.

got a new grill at this wonderful place, this time for what's helpful suggestive and gave advice. The employee that worked with grills was very helpful and funny. I think humor goes a long way when keeping a satisfied customer. not satisfied. highly satisfied

Ordered showerwall panel kit September 28th with expected delivery date of October 16th. Scheduled contractor for October 21st. Received a text alert, on October 15th, advising expected delivery date changed to November 1st. No explanation was provided. I phoned and sent chat inquiries in an attempt to contact Lowe's Corporate Office for information, but was given the run-around and received no assistance. Totally disappointed in service. Follow-up: The phone number provided in your response is the Customer Service number I wasted time on last night. I already had to cancel my scheduled contractors. I didn't cancel the delayed order. If you have any helpful remedy related information, please provide it on this forum. If you are able to accomplish my delivery by at least the middle of next week, it would be appreciated. Also, please explain why my October 16th delivery was changed to November 1st.

There has been a sea change in this store. Must be a new manager. Employees are happy and helpful. Store is clean and organized. Congratulations well done.

I havent had a bad experience at this Lowes until today. We just wanted to rent a Bissel carpet cleaner and instead had a bad experience. The associate named Heaven was extremely rude. I was the only person in line and as soon as it was my turn she instead went on her phone for a minute straight. I waited until she was done doing so but she never even said "Hey how can I help you?" or "How is your day going". She did not acknowledge me at all. Its not that hard. I used to work in customer service and even on bad days I wouldnt ever act the way she did. She ignored every question I asked, she lied about the coupon I had working (because I checked the receipt and it didnt work), and she would rather attempt to flirt with her coworkers instead of just being a nice person which wasnt working out for her. I was super nice until she decided to give me a huge attitude for no reason. Its also sad because we choose to pass Home Depot on our way there. Im not really sure if we want to go back.

On 8/4/23 we purchased a refrigerator from this store. WHAT A MISTAKE. On the 1st attempt to deliver when the workers came in they told me they couldn't touch my old refrigerator because it was still hooked up to a copper water line. This is after we informed the women at Lowes that we had a copper water line. And was told they will deliver the refrigerator but will not hook it up. That was ok with us. However once the deliver people came it was a different story. We had the line unhooked and set up a new deliver date the following day. The same deliver people came took my old refrigerator and hooked up the new one. When they plugged it in THE REFRIGERATOR DIDNT WORK. I told them to bring my old refrigerator back in because my daughter is have a birthday party in 2 days so my refrigerator and freezer is full of food for her party. I was then told that they cut the Power cord to my old refrigerator so they are unable to bring it back in. Mean while all my food is out on the counter melting. To make matters worse because the movers were to lazy to remove the doors from the fridge to take it back out of my home. They moved the fridge through my home with the doors on and scratched up my walls, broke picture frames and a large clock on my wall. They dropped the fridge on my step going into my home and cracked my step. Never said sorry or ANYTHING. I have been calling the store for a while now asking to speak with the STORE MANAGER he has not come to the phone once. I talked to an assistant store manger named Christopher who clearly don't know how to do his job because he told me I didn't get the warranty so it's nothing that can be done about my food when I actually did purchase the 5year warranty plan. THIS STORE IS A JOKE PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN IT COMES TO REFRIGERATORS I WOULDN'T BUY FROM THEM. I WAS TOLD FROM THE MOVERS THEY HAd 3 bad refrigerators on their truck from LOWES. THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE STAY AWAY. My daughter is 1 I had to throw away her milk. It's just a mess AND they aren't TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THERE MISTAKES.
