We were looking at cabinets for the kitchen and the Lady who does the design was pretty rude but the appliance person answered some questions for us. He was very helpful. Probably not going with Lowe's because of it though.

Lowes is geared toward interiors, Home Depot to construction, Menards is kinda both but not as extensive but sometimes cheaper. I found Lowes to have more people helping and HD more DIY.

Bought a granite slab for our vanity in our bathroom at the Lowe’s in Springdale. Brooke was the sales person that helped us.She took all the measurements and sent off for to get cut to our specific measurements. It took about 3 weeks or so to come back and we had to call to see if it was ready and it had been at store so we picked up. Husband bought the pipes for it and we were so excited to take home to install.. Husband worked on for a few hours and it wasn’t fitting..So after hours of trying he noticed that the cuts weren’t right so he packed everything back up and took it back to store… Brooke looked and the measurements and at first said it was the place that slab was sent to messed up told us to just take back home and they would come to our home to correct it since it was there fault so we took back home and she said they would contact us.. So we waited and waited and then gave her a call and she then informed us that it was in fact her fault with the measurements so she apologized and said that she would give us $50 off the total. Mind you we paid a pretty penny for this granite slab so I felt like we should be compensated more than just $50 off . And she also said that we would have to bring slab back to store.. So by then I was frustrated with all the back and forth. My husband is a very busy man and he too was getting frustrated. So the second time that we took back to store we had to wait a lil longer to get it back. This was purchased the 28 of Sept and we didn’t get it back till after Thanksgiving. That’s very disappointing since we wanted our bathroom done for Thanksgiving and it wasn’t.And after all confusion and back in forth with the store I called numerous times to talk to Brooke or her supervisor and got the run around and I never received the $50 taken off my bill.. So just waited to voice my opinion and just let them everyone know how Lowe’s operates.. I will not give them anymore of my business in the future..I will also give there corporate office a call as well..

I thought i was in a damn pet store bc it looked like everyone in there had a dog. A lot couldn't control their pets & others had well-mannered dogs
I (blk woman) was walking around & 1 lady (white, long brown hair, with glasses about 5ft4in) realized that I was getting frustrated looking for totes. She asked me what I was looking for & pointed me in the right direction. While everyone else would just look at me like they were stuck lookin for the short bus.

Leo was so helpful today! I kinda knew what washer and dryer we wanted to get but he was able to help us find a better option. He was so patient when I had to update my Lowe’s account and credit card info and helped us every step of the way. Thanks!

I wrote a review on Lowe’s but I cannot forget google as well.
When I went to Lowe’s today, I had the BEST customer experience service of any store I have EVER been to.
I’ll spare all the details of my shopping trip, but include the important parts.
I approached the associate, Kendall, about finding a flatbed cart to get a black stone grill for my fiancé for Father’s Day.
Kendall showed me where to find them, but then one upped that by finding another associate, Savon, to help me.
I was out of the store within 45 minutes & I never once left the area of the registers.
Savon did all my shopping for me truly. He found all the accessories I needed, went around the store to find the grill I was looking for, and helped load my car. He explained stuff to me as well.
Kendall made my experience absolutely memorable. I’ll be so honest, Home Depot is 3 minutes from my house, Lowe’s is 15. The sole reason I went to Lowe’s is because Home Depot did not have what I wanted. Not only was Lowe’s a lower price with better deals, I have never in my life felt so appreciated in a business.
I will always make the extra 12 minute drive even if it is just for a singular screw after my experience with Kendall today.
He went above and beyond.
Lowe’s stresses me out. I am absolutely the stereotype of women not knowing what to do in a home improvement store. Kendall & Savon didn’t know that, never once even implied that. They just wanted to help. My anxiety appreciated that so much because if I was solo looking, I’d still probably be there trying to find what I wanted lol.
Kendall & Savon are absolutely customer forward employees. I hope they constantly feel appreciated because they absolutely deserve that. You can just tell when someone’s a good person, and I promise you the world needs more of them.
Everyone else was absolutely great as well. I did not have any negative thoughts while in there.
I just couldn’t believe these two men made it their goal to essentially do my shopping for me.
They even loaded my car. When I say I didn’t have to lift a finger, I truly mean if I would not have grabbed stuff myself I really think they would’ve done it all for me.
Thank you for having such awesome customer service. I’ll be a customer here for the rest of our home improvement projects.
We just bought a fixer upper so I’ll be there often, happily, knowing how awesome the staff is.

Horrible service June 6th 8:30am I asked Assistant Mgr Bill for help locating an item and he told me he didn't know and pointed me toward the service desk half way across the store for help. Way to go Billy! You make your store look bad. On the other hand, I have been shopping at the Middletown location quite a bit the last month and the service there has been outstanding, I like to give a shout out to Ms Christina, Ms Theresa and the other several associates that have nothing short of very helpful, service friendly and professional! Middletown rocks!
