Lucca is the place to go for unique items for your home or for the perfect gift. Their laser-engraved pieces, everywhere from boards to journals to keychains, are so special. It's a bonus that the small team is incredibly friendly and is always down to help explain the process, take on custom projects, and assist in curating the perfect present for someone. Can't get enough of this small business!

Beautiful and cozy women owned business in Findlay Market of downtown Cincinnati. Unique laser engraved goods, in addition to home accents including art, textiles, candles and more. Their eye and aesthetics keep me coming back. Price ranges for all, giftables and statement pieces.

Amazing shop with an amazing owner and team! It's a great place to find gifts for friends and loved ones, and they can even personalize items if you want. I have many items in my own home, including cutting boards, bowls, jars, diffusers, vases, etc. Such unique and well curated items!

I just love the look of this shop! I don’t know how many wood and marble custom cutting/chartruterie boards I’ve given as wedding gifts! I was given the GIFT of one of the Lucca workshops to make my own boards! I wish I could get more! But by bit I’ll get it all!❤️

So disappointed in our experience here. We'd returned a gift we didn't have a use for and received store credit. We were looking forward to finding an item that would be a fun addition to our home. Of course, we kept forgetting the card when we'd make our purchases. So, when we finally had the combination of the card on hand + an item we wanted to purchase, we were told by the owner that they wouldn't honor the credit because it had been over 12 months. This message was never communicated to us at the time of the original return and wasn't stated on the card, so came as a real surprise. What a poor way to treat your customers, keeping the money without an exchange of product in return, while not being transparent in the process. Not cool.

This was such a cool experience at a place I didn't even know exsisted until we had our company holiday event here. It's a beautiful space where you get to make a personalized item. We made cheese boards but there are plenty of other options. And if you'd rather not do the work there are pre-made items for sale too. Thanks for the fun day Lucca!

Such a beautiful space with all your home decor needs.Carefully made Bags, mugs, vases , tables , you name it.Their products are so beautiful but you would need to really plan for it.Definitely a luxury.Very good customer service
