Went into to just exchange a pair of biker shirts. One cashier and I believe 6 sales associates standing around. One was sipping her bottle water while acting like she's arranging the clearance section. They had an incident prior to me walking in. Which if there's an incident, you act like nothing happen, while customers are shopping. Focus on having more than one cashier, they can float once the line has cleared. Retail 101. To the lead that took the brunt of my frustration. Plz pass it on to your manager. It wasn't for you.

The girls who work here gossip about the customers and it is very obvious. I did not have a good experience with Jillian after spending $100s in clothes. We should expect more!

Lululemon is a bit pricey but the quality of the products are amazing, I got a belt bag which is really trendy and preppy RN and it's amazing quality and it has so many little pockets and it's water resistant, amazing store, 5 stars

Highly recommend this lululemon! The customer service I received today was truly above and beyond. I had a pair of beloved leggings that had a flaw, so I needed to get new ones. The store associate explained all of my options through the quality promise program and spent at least 10 minutes with me until we decided on a way to go. She was cheerful and energetic and really made me feel like I was valued. I wish I remembered the her name, but I know it started with a J and who was wearing a really cute orange “Who Dey” fit for game day. Thank you!
