I love going to this YMCA. Everyone is friendly, it's always clean, and everyone I know can exercise in the indoor pool any time. There is always several lifeguards there so you don't have to call ahead to see if the pool is open.

This YMCA is very family friendly with welcoming and helpful staff. It's clean and well cared for, even though some areas are a bit outdated. It's reasonably priced and a great fit for our family.

The staff are friendly, accommodating, and professional. But the class schedule is geared more for the schedules of house wives, the self-employed, unemployed, and the retired. There are no fitness courses for the after work crowd, not even water aerobics.

I've been a member of this community my entire life and while I so badly want to support this local YMCA location, I find it difficult to do so when their customer service is not just lacking but in fact employs individuals that go out of their way to harass and disrespect their members.The woman who works the front desk is and has been rude a number of times but down right hurtful towards the members with her hateful comments. When a member goes to staff with a confidential issue of a very delicate nature, they are doing so in confidence, to then have that issue thrown back in their face and then to call them names and declare them the issue, absolutely unacceptable. Do better M.E. Lyons. I think your employees would benefit greatly with some empathy training, they can really only improve from where they are now.

So since my daughter's swim lesson was canceled because of a storm, instead of it being a refund or make-up class, it's nothing. You get nothing because it was "only 1 of the 6". Yeah one class cost like $30, but that's not a big deal to them. No one could answer 1 of my questions either the entire time we were going there. They say oh ask this person or just i don't know. I hope those are volunteers and not anyone is being paid to be completely ignorant, this place is a joke.

Weight areas are lacking in equipment and feel dated. Since COVID, then continue taking away kids club for the big kids downstairs where they can do something fun and run, and just put them all in a room with babies and lots of germs.Staff is great however, and pools are well-maintained. They also have nice events for the kids.

Pool deck manager is rude. My daughter had a lane reserved today to work with a swimmer, and she kicked them out. Why allow reserving lanes if you take them away.

Nice YMCA with an outstanding outdoor aquatics center. Well maintained cardio machines and nice sized exercise equipment room. Free weight area is a bit difficult to find as thru the back entrance of the locker rooms in two old racquetball courts. Has a platform, leg press and some benches for barbell work along with a great assortment of dumbbells. Love the fact that they hit Christian music playing overhead and the Bible near the entry way. Also has a nice steam room and sauna located between the locker rooms.

Decent facility, however the woman at the desk (23 May, 5AM) doesn't turn on saunas or steam rooms. When I asked for her help, she was reading her book and could not be bothered to simply turn a switch on.
