I admit this place has gone a little downhill over the last 5 years but I still appreciate coming to the store, especially during the holidays and seeing what items are for sale and browsing vs just shopping online. They have everything you need from Macys (men's store, mattress, bedding, kids, women's, plus size, fragrance and beauty) and enough traffic that inventory is pretty good compared to the other Macys around town. Love that this holiday season they have an expanded toys r us section with deals and toys for all ages. The customer service is still friendly and great. Parking around kenwood is a breeze. There's also a furniture store across the street!

Order on app and convenient curbside pickup. Items instock, Ready in less than 24h. I highly recommend shopping online, especially when looking for specific items. Plenty of parking available.

Macy's need to get it together. Female clothing are stale and antiqueNo variety at all BUT the traditional clothing is good to keep but think a few new designers to bring a fresh look into store and appeal to trendy crowd. I see why they struggle in sales

Nothing but good things to say about this place. They're always in season, the employees are always friendly and there return policy is excellent. Thank you to everyone that works here for such a professional and cute environment.

Kenwood Macy's is my fav. I travel frequently; Macy's stores are not on equal footing. Kenwood is clean, well stocked, sales personnel are friendly and helpful.

I haven't been in this Macy's for a long time due to covid. I was very disappointed to find out that they have no more petites at all! I saw an employee pushing a rack of clothes and I asked her where the petite department was. She said, "go to Anderson". I've been to the Anderson Macy's store and they have turned it into almost an outlet store. The clothing is not the same quality as they used to have. I wanted to buy baby clothes and I did find some nice outfits for a gift, but I won't be frequenting this store in the future.

I came to purchase some fix+ spray today and Jasmine was very rude and dismissive. She’s extremely unprofessional and does not care about her job. I will not be returning to this Mac.

This is a really nice Macy's location! The store is always well kept and clean. They even have a Starbucks inside. Sometimes on the weekend they have a live DJ! This is a great place to shop for everything from special dresses to glassware.

Extremely bad experience. Came in WELL before closing (no reason for people to be rushing or packing up, or not there), after calling beforehand. We were told by an employee over the phone (extremely terse and frankly, high headed with very little information) that there were four employees that could help at the MAC counter, when we arrived (for a foundation color match), same woman we spoke to on the phone sauntered over saying there was no one that would be helping us because there were only two people there, including herself. We said that was fine and asked for bare bone advice about foundation color, intending to just try our best to find it ourselves. While a big deal was made about “not touching” customers (the reason they wouldn’t color match), this woman picked up samplers, put some on her finger, and then wiped it onto my face. The color was horribly, horribly pink, and we were not offered makeup wipes to even take this off. It was obvious she had no idea how to color match because from there, she called over another employee, who made sure we knew she was every bit as terse and put out as possible. Again foundation was placed on my face from a finger, trying two from Bobbi Brown before deciding that was my shade. It was very clearly too light, yet beneath exposed lighting like at the makeup counters, we expected it to match somewhat more under natural light, trusting the “professional” even though she ignored us telling her I already had foundation from the first attempt on, which she likely then color matched the second shade to. We were told “bronzer” of any skin tone shade would be too dark on me, so, she handed me what seemed to be a glittery pink “bronzer.” At the time the glitter wasn’t so obvious, though once we got home, it was very obvious that she’d given us a blush of some sort that looked absolutely ridiculous. For being trained in the “Bobbi Brown makeup line” she absolutely could not color match or listen to what we told her, and then midsold items. The foundation is at least 3 shades too light and said bronzer is practically blush.

Originally opening as a Lazarus department store in 1988, this became Macy's in 2005. Since then, it's one of the retail giant's most top-performing stores in the United States. THE GOOD -Glass Montgomery hydraulic elevator -Two sets of escalators -Starbucks -Glass atrium -Friendly employees -Easy access from mall's parking garage -Distinctive Lazarus-like exterior THE BAD -Confusing layout -Obnoxiously loud Excel Dryer XLERATOR hand dryers -Lower level mall entrance plastered with "no photography" stickers -Only 2 floors VERDICT: Unique with a few flaws

No customer service anymore and employees will not speak to you. I had to use my phone to find prices and order to not interrupt an employee or make them speak.

There are not many malls left in Cincinnati. Eastgate Mall and Tri-County mall are dying. Forest Fair Mall already died. Northgate Mall I haven't been to in 30 years. You have Macy's, Dillards, Norstroms for main stores. The usual mall stores are there including 2 sunglass huts. Cheesecake Factory, Magiannos and Red Robin are there. You can also grab a pretzel or slushie. The fast food places are higher priced than non-mall stores: Chipolte, Gold Star, Chick Fila, Subway, Great Steak competitor and a few others. Tables are disgustingly not bused. I like the large TV set which usually has a sporting event on it. Parking is a challenge, but you have a parking garage by Norstroms or you can pay $10 for valet.

You aren't fooling me, Kenwood Towne Center. I shall call you Kenwood Mall. Actually, I might refer to it a Kenwood Towne Center if I'm trying to con my husband into stopping in the next time we pass by Cincinnati. This was literally one of the best malls I've ever been in. It's not one of those bargain bin malls, but one where you'll find stores like, Louis Vuitton, Nordstrom, and Lilly Pulitzer. We parked in one of the parking spots surrounding Nordstrom, which was the far side of the mall. Macy's was our mission, but we never made it there, but I definitely got my step goal in for the day. Next time, I will block off an entire day for a trip here and I'll wear comfortable shoes.
