Extremely condescending and annoying lady’s working the returns. Lost a customer forever. On principle I will never shop here again.
FYI bought jacket online. Terrible quality and fit. Never got an email. No return or recipe in the box. Had to call corporate to get return handled.

Been on hold for 48 mins and counting, just for a curbside pick up. Came in side while I was on the phone and still no one picking the phone up. Multiple workers aimlessly walking around the store. Phones ringing and still nothing. When I asked why they don't answer the phone Jane said something must be wrong with the system. What the eff does that have anything to do with physical human being picking up the phone? Will never be returning to macys again.
