I have many things to complain about with this bank. They are terrible when it comes to getting a new card. I was told my card would be ready the next day, when I got it. That’s not true. They are never open when it’s needed. They don’t care about you and your money. The people that work here are nice. But the company doesn’t care about you or your money find a new back plz for the love of god.

They screw you over on over draft fees. You can be -$0.01 and if you don’t fix it that same day boom charged with $35 over draft fee. This is freaking ridiculous, literally just screwing over people and stealing money. ? we will be moving to a different bank!!

Went to Anderson First Financial Bank on 3/17/2020. They were welcoming and helpful. Had a number of tasks to complete and they did a great job! Always friendly and welcoming. Thanks folks! Especially Tamara.

I am very grateful for the personal attention and care that I have received from this bank, especially from Tammy. Tammy has worked hard to address all of my questions, and she has welcomed my special-needs son in with tremendous patience and kindness. She even gave my son some little gifts from the bank for him to play with. What professional and personal service!

We went through MainSource for our first mortgage, which occurred this year. The people we spoke to were all very kind and polite, but nonetheless it was, without question, the worst customer service nightmare I've ever encountered. There was consistent miscommunication, items forgotten, people not available to us when needed, and paperwork done incorrectly and caught by us. A thoroughly honest review would read like an attack on the business, so I am choosing not to write one, but suffice it to say that my wife and I were quite disappointed.

Absolute worst financial institution in the area. They lack basic features of a modern bank and are out to rip you off. Stay away.
