Contacted the dealership about a specific vehicle. They were great in contacting me and answering any questions. I told them I'd be flying in from out of state to get this vehicle, so we set up an appointment date and time and everything else to prepare for it. I called them about who to make a cashier's check out to for a down payment, knowing that I was serious about this purchase. Today as I was flying to Cincinnati, I received a message, after I landed in Chicago, that the dealership had already sold the car I was going to buy... yesterday!! Where was that message yesterday before I got on a plane?! Very frustrated and disappointed.

I had the best experience buying my car. It was actually kind of fun. The salesman and the finance guy were great. I worked at a GM dealership for over 17 years and bought several new cars and wasn't treated as well as I was here. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will highly recommend this dealer.
