I originally placed an order online for a new mattress and base. We received the mattress rather quickly but never received the base.
After numerous calls to customer service and other locations I was losing hope, but that all changed when I called the Kenwood location. The sale associate (Taylor) was extremely helpful and resolved our issue with in a matters of minutes! We are FINALLY going to receive the base we have been waiting.
I highly recommend the Kenwood location!!

Mattress Firm at Montgomery and I -71 is a great place to buy a mattress and bedding accessories from. Their team of professionals are respectful, considerate and always focus on your needs. I have purchase mattresses, pillows and bedding accessories for my wife and myself as well as all three of our children from them and have never been disappointed with their recommendations. I will always start there when i have future needs.

The store itself is great, but the lady who was working there when I was there had to be the worst at using a computer to help me. Something that should have taken 2 minuets took about 10. I will say she was very nice and respectful, but I don’t think she should be working that job.

July 21, 2024. Visited Kenwood store to purchase a new mattress that I had researched on line. Was greeted by Sean and shown the mattress I preferred. At checkout, the store system had a computer glitch/error. Sean apologized and contacted the systems administrator. While it took about 15 - 20 minutes, Sean made significant efforts to resolve the situation, communicate his progress and make the sale. He did. Success! I am waiting for delivery. Very good in store experience. Thank you Sean.
