Haven’t taken delivery yet but so far my experience has been great. Keith was knowledgeable, friendly and showed me a number of mattresses until I picked the one I liked and also gave us a very good price.

My one-on-one sales time with Keith, the store manager, on Friday, 11/14, demonstrated what excellent customer service embodies: strong product knowledge; a sincere interest in the customer’s needs; providing helpful suggestions; pivoting product options to accommodate the customer; patience; friendliness.
I received my mattress and adjustable frame this morning, and both are wonderful.

The salesman was great. No pressure, pulled out a few mattresses to try, gave me info and let me make the decision. My only issue was that when I got home, the mattress was listed with an additional 15% off the price I had just paid, otherwise this would have been a 5 star rating.

Mr McGuire was one of the most professional sales man I have ever had the pleasure of working with... he spent actually a couple of hours with me trying to figure out how I could solve a problem with a frame the bed I had now and a mattress... he solved my problem and I left feeling so relieved because I couldn't sleep in my bed because the mattress didn't fit old bed frame... he solved the problem and I can't wait to sleep there instead of in a chair and by the way it's not a recliner!!!... if you need help with
a mattress, a bed frame or anything in that category he is certainly an expert and professional so go to Mattress Firm in Rookwood... Thank you for your sincere care...💛

I really wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt, especially since they're so highly rated, but too many mistakes were made, headaches given, and it's been weeks w/ no call back at this point. Communication was often poor–calls weren’t returned, I had to follow up multiple times, and at one point I overheard an employee telling the manager what excuse to give me. We were promised a partial refund from Kieth, even before multiple other mistakes were made, and it was never processed.
Emma did try to remedy their delivery mistake by personally driving a temporary mattress to us (technically twice, as the first mattress was the wrong size), which I truly appreciated—that effort is the only reason this isn’t a 1-star. But overall, the experience after purchase was very disorganized and stressful. If your delivery is time-sensitive, or you expect businesses to do right by their word, I'd be cautious.
