Demico was lovely and so very helpful! We went in sort of knowing what sort of mattress we wanted but he took us through the process of looking at the different types and making sure we chose the one that was best for us. There were a few specials going on but he didn’t allow that to change the decisions we were making and ensured that we made the wisest purchase for us.

I purchased a mattress and adjustable base. Dai was very informative and guided me through my purchase to make sure I received what I was looking for. Nice shopping experience. There were plenty of mattresses and adjustable bases to try and the team was pleasant and knowledgeable. Best customer service I've had in a while. They take time to explain everything. + work towards the best sleeping experience for the customer.
