I took my almost 90 year old mom to Mattress Firm because she needed to replace the 10 year old lumpy mattress she and dad were using. The salesman graciously gave us the time and space we needed to try out several options. The purchasing process was very streamlined and we were able to choose our delivery date. Delivery of new and pick up of old mattress was seamless and professional. After about a week of adjusting mom and dad are both sleeping through the night on their soft Temperpedic memory foam bed. I would absolutely recommend this establishment.

Great customer service. I recommend Mattress to everyone. Wonderful prices. Take your time to find what you really like. Finacial options are there if needed. Delivery service was prompt. Bed comfort is excellent.

Eric was one of best sales people I have ever dealt with, and that is saying something being that I am almost 70 yrs old! He listened to what I needed, did not try to talk me into buying anything. have been pluses and minuses on frames, mattress’s, etc, He was very informative, and I actually had something completely opposite of what I wound up doing, simply do to Eric’s knowledge, thorough job of explaining my options for my specific needs, and his patience in listening to me. Highly recommend Eric at this Mattress Firm location on Glenway Ave!
