Easy. As expected. Paul was great. He spent plenty of time to explain the differences between the many mattresses and offerings, and I walked away feeling like I was taken care of.

When I first purchased my mattress, the sales manager really worked with me after understanding my physical and financial issues. The mattress I purchased came with a 10-year warranty. Unfortunately it started to sag after about 2 years. With the exception of the cost of delivery and collection of the old mattress, the warranty process was very easy. When I went to the shop to pay for those costs and pick out a replacement mattress, Cameron the manager worked with me once again and accommodated my needs.
