If you are looking for somewhere to live I would certainly look elsewhere. Not only does McCauly crossing have a bunch of hidden fees they also deducted more than $200 from my security deposit for things that were already in bad shape prior to me being in the apartment. Likewise I spent a lot of time cleaning the apartment and they charged me for that as well. There is also a major issue of noise with dogs constantly barking both early in the morning and late at night. When I addressed these issues to the complex they said they would take care of it, but nothing ever happened despite numerous follow ups. Overall this apartment is not a good choice for anyone and highly implore anyone looking for an apartment to look elsewhere!

This place has to be one of the biggest dumps of all time. The place was disgusting and filthy at move in. The staff at best was moderately responsive. The required work detailed from move in date still has not all been completed after 6 months. The unit is so noisy. The kid above is running and jumping well past midnight and starts agin early in the morning. It is incredibly disruptive. I’d HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying away from this property especially if you want luxury because nothing about this place is luxurious. I put $20K into the place to try to make it tolerable. I have had a professional cleaning crew there every two weeks to get it and keep it clean. Can’t say enough about what a disappointment this place has been.

My experience with McCauley Crossing is not good. I feel we were deceived into believing that certain things were free. On top of the rent, they send you almost a $300 bill every month. We were not told about being forced to pay a $160 cable bill. That is ridiculous. Cable does not cost that much. When we discussed the bill with management, they told us we are stuck paying for something we didn't want or ask for. And the fees they charge you just to pay the rent is ridiculous. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX TO ANYONE. ?

The heather in my room broke 2 weeks ago and I contacted the leasing office, the mechanic came and tried to fix it and put another part, but the heather is working very weakly, it doesn't have enough power to heat the house ☹️☹️ I contacted them again but they said the heater is working They are making excuses. I caught a cold lying in a cold room. Yes, as I said, the washer/dryer is broken for 2 months. The mechanic tried to fix it 1-2 times, but it didn't help. It's too old. I'm very sorry to come here. does not answer ?

Awesome service by Johnathan! Very informative and answered all of my questions prior to making the decision to rent here. Everything was smooth and he made it simple on my end to ensure a fast and easy move in.Seems like a friendly community and well kept grounds by the maintenance crew.I’m very happy to have moved into this gated community with my family!

Don't be fooled by these people writing good reviews. The property mangers will ask you to do that to help them win awards but when you ask them to do something that will help you, you hear "you signed a lease!"Moved out as soon as I could. Cleaned my apartment and was charged over $500 for blinds, some of which was noted as being damaged prior to moving in. It's an entire money grab. If you choose to rent here after reading the 1 star reviews then you deserve what you get.Even the response to the negative reviews about calling them and wanting to do better in the future is BOGUS! I have spoken with The Connor Group customer service and it's the same treatment. They are imitations of humans pretending to care about people. They only care about the thousands of dollars that each unit brings them every year.I will edit this if anything changes or if I decide to post pictures

I want to shout out McCauly Crossing! This community is run efficiently from leasing to maintenance. Derrick has been great and responsive with any work orders that come up. I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to rent here! My favorite part is the massive pond , you can actually fish! Thank you to the whole team, you have made my stay a 10/10!

Listing prices online have max ranges of $1699 and $1799 for a 2 bedroom apartment BUT I was told today that the price of their 1 bedroom apartment was going to be $1699...... then do not forget they have a minimum $250 trash, water, cable, internet package that is mandatory. Honestly it gets worse but that should be enough. Would be paying about $2000 for an sub-par 1 bedroom apartment apartment. Do not waste your time.

Worst place ever, I don't recommended it at all. When I get my apartment it was dirty, stinky and the furniture is super old. When I returned the apartment I took a video; I left the apartment clean and everything in order, when I went to the office they told me that they will eventually look the apartment. When I asked for my security deposit they charged me 400+ dollars because; they charged me for some damage and trash. I really don't know why they want me to screwed me like that but I sent them the images and the video. So they ended up returning me the full deposit after 2 months.I attached the images of how I get the apartment. So I really don't recommend this place at all.

After living here for 1.5 years our neighbor on a single lane keyed one of our cars. In a better world people would talk to each other. There’s no cameras anywhere. The management can’t do anything about it. The general attitude between neighbors is terrible
