Online hours are incorrect! Stopped at McDonald's due to the "Open 24 Hours" sign, but found this to be invalid. However, there is some inconsistency online as well, the owner looks to have confirmed 24 hour service just 8 weeks ago. This discrepancy is confusing for customers like us who rely on signage with accurate information and owners to be honest. It is disheartening to find that these owners, not only the signs and online hours, lie about their operation.

Stopped in twice. 2 days ago they were "closed" is what the man on the microphone said. Stopped in just now and was told they are only doing Doordash. Pretty odd for a restaurant that's supposed to be open 24 hours.

Visited 3 days in a row during 3-5am (2/23-2/25) because I work 2nd shift. First day, the manager was friendly despite seeming short staffed and the food was hot. That's the only reason why they had the stars for the review.The following two days, no one answered the drive-thru. For both days, there was another car besides mine in the other lane and for each day, I tried different lanes thinking that maybe they weren't utilizing both lanes late at night. I left both nights without any responses from anyone, and tonight it seemed like there was someone attempting to place their order but didn't answer mine. I sat in the lanes for 5 minutes each until I gave up and left.I've worked in food for 9 years, both in crew and management, and while I understand things can happen, the worst you can do is to completely ignore the customer. People just want some type of communication even if their needs aren't fulfilled, and this is not how you treat your customers if you want to keep their business (or keep your job). If you're the franchise owner, you're losing a lot of customers from this, and you probably should look into it.

If McDonald's is what you want and McDonald's is what you expect. That's what I got. Service was pretty quick. Food seemed fresh and good for what it is.

Always have a problem here. It's very rare they get my order correct. I ordered 2 double cheese burgers and get a 2 single cheeseburgers. I have been though the drive thru several times the person taking orders doesn't speak English very well. Have to repeat my order several times and it's never right. I order a large sprite and they say fries. No sprite. What size fry you like. This has to be the worst place of them all.

We came to this McDonald's with 2 buses of highschool kids and we were all served hot food in a reasonable time for 50-60 people. Whoever worked Saturday February 10th 2024 around 8pm deserves a raise!!
