The Megan Stacey Group was the perfect team to help us with buying and selling our house. Traci Nestheide was fantastic to work with on the buy-side. She was incredibly responsive, available for showings, attentive to our wish list, and diligently found us an off-market house that fit our wishes. We appreciated Traci's knowledge during showings as she often pointed out factors we had not considered. We then worked with Megan to sell our house. Megan understood the challenge of listing a house with young kids and worked with us to have our house ready to list. Megan encouraged us to initially try to sell our house as a pocket listing. Megan worked her network and found us a buyer at our desired price within a matter of hours. What always impressed me about the MSG was the seamless, organized, professional manner with which they represented us. The MSG is so well organized that there is always someone ready to tackle the next item. There were times in the process where I worried about various items that needed to be completed and someone at the MSG always had them covered. We are very grateful to Traci, Megan and the rest of the team!

This group is outstanding. We just closed on selling our house at the beginning of December. I was hesitant to hire an agent thinking I could do it myself and save the money... They earned every cent!Megan & Traci (agents on our house) knew the market inside and out. They priced our house perfectly and made the process smooth. It was a white glove service with 10/10 responsiveness. I would highly recommend!

We have used Megan and her team twice. In 2020, they helped us sell our house and find the perfect house for our growing family. This past fall, they helped us sell again as we moved out of state. Megan’s expertise, organization and attention to detail helped ease some of the stress that comes with a long distance move. What makes Megan and her team extra special is that they go above and beyond for their clients. It’s the little gestures, like a children’s book about moving to help prep our children for such a big move, that mean so much as it shows just how much they truly care about their clients. We always recommend Megan to anyone who needs a realtor and if we go back to Cincy, she will definitely be one of the first people we contact. She is truly the best in the business!

I worked with Traci to both buy and sell. I can’t say enough about how much better the experience with her was compared to last time I moved. She is attentive to her clients needs, compassionate, hard working, and knowledgeable. And, she is an amazing consult in what to look for, fix/not fix, ask sellers for and has connections all over the place to assist in both buying and selling. She makes everything about a complicated and stressful process feel simple and relaxed. Next time I move, I will call Traci 100%.

Traci Nestheide and Liz Heubi are the absolute dream team! My husband and I spent over a year looking for our house in this crazy market, and these two women could not have been more helpful, patient, and just generally amazing through the entire process. The level of communication and service you will receive from these two is unmatched. They were somehow always available to answer questions and meet us at showings, even when it was last minute. When it came time to make an offer on the house we now call home, they had the papers drawn up in less than an hour, with terms we felt good about. Their level of organization, expertise in the Greater Cincinnati market, and care for their clients is truly next level, and I’m so grateful we had them as our realtors! Hire them yesterday!!

Megan helped us sell our home 2.5 years ago and it was such a great experience.
