Terrible customer service. My baby was sick and the pediatrician called in a prescription. The woman who answered when I called to check the status was extremely rude and acted like I was lying about the prescription being called in. I called the pediatricians and they confirmed they did indeed call it in. So, I don’t know if the staff here are just incompetent or don’t care. I will not be getting medications here ever again though. When your baby is sick it’s serious and you need the medication immediately. What a bunch of clowns.

Update 08/05/25: Been using this pharmacy for some time. Most employees I’ve encountered are super nice and helpful, but the technology keeps failing them, both in store and at the drive-thru. The drive-thru was recently down two days in a row. If a customer were sick with a contagious illness or had a mobility limitation, there would have been no accommodations for them. Meijer corporate needs to update the system here for both the employees and the customers.
Original Review: Arrived one minute to close and the pharmacist said they’d already turned off the lights and shut down the system for the night, so they could not accept a prescription drop off. The pharmacist did not ask if I had a medical emergency nor suggest an alternative pharmacy. I know I was cutting it close, but please honor your own hours.

They don't communicate with Amazon. you'll wait 4 days and have to go in person to find out this information. then you'll get hostile service when you ask. I'm done with this place.

Every time I go to fill a prescription, I'm told it will be ready. Every single time I have to wait for it to be filled. Rude pharmacist too.

They don't always have everything in stock, but they order it for the next day. Each prescription puts 1000 mperks in your account. If your prescription is out of refills, they will get a new one from the doctor. I love dealing with them

Multiple times getting home with antibiotic for my son and no water is mixed in. Multiple times not having prescriptions that their online system said they did. Now I have been waiting two weeks to get an inhaler for my 10 month old. Awful experience sadly after using this pharmacy for years.
