This location is very unprofessional because of customer service and unethical because he sells refurbished products. A couple of people I know have bought brand new phones and 1. That person's phone wouldn't turn on at all 2. The second person was having screen trouble as well. His would lack in and out or not show anything on the screen at all or it would glitch. He gives out of state numbers and claims it is a "mistake" but wants you to come back the next day to fix it. Overall, the service there is just very,very weird and not many people stay there long that work for him and he was too lazy to fix someone's phone and closed the store earlier than scheduled.
