This place is the worst. I will never do business with Metro/T-Mobile again after this experience. Advertised free hotspot device, then was out of them, then convinced me to get an Alcatel tablet instead (with the false promise that I could use it as a hotspot). When I contacted customer service to take the (useless) tablet off my account, they informed me - through a nearly unintelligible Indian accent - that I HAD to visit the store I bought it at if I wanted to cancel it. That was a year ago, and this location has been close EVERY TIME I visit since: forcing me to pay a monthly fee for a device that I don't want. Not only are they ALWAYS closed, they don't answer phone, and the line goes silent after 2 rings. I'd give NO STARS if it was allowed.?????Switching providers.

Today at 5::55 bus 30 drive right pass me at sycamore and sixth street didn’t even stop that’s the last bus for me to get home to eight mile road and it’s not the first time that bus just drives pass either ,I had to run to government square with big boxes in my arms to get that bus , said to the bus driver why didn’t you stop I was right there you didn’t stop at all you kept going and I’m reporting and also said do your job the correct way , she gonna say you can get off my bus and I repeated myself do your job the correct way,I’m livid it’s to hot for this nonsense , side bus number is 2149

I have always had a great experience at this location. The manager ty always gets me together and his loyal staff has been there for as long as I can remember. It's nice to see familiar faces in a world constantly changing.

mrs ,Laniecha Carmen , on behalf of the whole staff at metro by t mobile , Gilbert location , l assure you we would never cheat a customer out of his money , the clean and lengthy history we share with our beloved community is a living proof of that .. i remember when Ty helped you get in front line for the turkey give away when you insisted on having 2 instead of 1 , and we still gave you 2 . shady people wouldn't do all that for you . another reason we don t cheat customers out of their money is that all of our transactions are transparent , and customers always get a text message with a confirmation of their payment including the amount . messages you claim to have deleted . we have digital cameras that can go back years , so we can gladly provide you with a copy of the transaction . l am proud to be a part of the Gilbert team . feel free to contact us or our ASR if you have any further questions . When I came to a point in my personal life when I needed a very economical solution to a cell phone MetroPCS fit the bill. However this particular location I was dissatisfied with and that is because the manager, who insisted on enrolling me in the phone, and it several different services and options to did I did not request, no approved, so my poor review is this specific branch and this specific manager who may or may not longer be there.
