One of the best Metro stores. They are friendly people and have many ways to solve my phone problems. Their prices are reasonable and not as high as other branches I visited. and there good people there are Michael and Louis, and they are all wonderful people.

The employees were great! The actual phone service has turned unbelievably annoying! When I open my phone I don't want to swipe away unwanted feed's from Metro, about things I could careless about! In order to access MY PHONES HOME SCREEN I should not have anything popping up that I didn't directly install..... This has just happened in the last couple of weeks and I WILL BE SWITCHING to a different service provider because of it.

On the 31st, I was traveling from Ohio to Chicago, my phone broke down. I explained that to the clerk. He showed me two cell phones. He told me that they had a very good memory and cost the same. $250, I paid and let it work. I returned to the road and realized that he had sold me a first generation cell phone (Motorola g play) that still uses 2g and a 16 megabyte camera that has a much lower price than what I paid. I complained to the store and they denied everything. I complained to metro and They couldn't help me, I can only leave my comment so that no one else has the same thing happen to them out of trust ?Two days later I receive a response from someone in the store who is very disappointed and hopes to provide me with better service the next time I come back. Number one, I will never return to that place and number two, your disappointment does not help solve my problem. Yes, they really wanted to help. They would have called me to go to the store and they would give me the cell phone that I paid for. Instead, they want to apologize to me. a generic and empty response showing that you don't care as much about the client as I don't care about disappointment

The Metro T mobile stores in my neighborhood are so F up and they are trying to convince these people around here that they are getting a deal when In fact there not. And to make It so bad half of the workers and probably the owners are not legally allowed to be here. I will be contacting the BBB for false advertising and Illegal operations.
