Kiara is the best sales associate at the store and I have been to a couple locations she is nice helpful and goes over and beyond to help her customers I highly recommend to go to her store

I will not go to a different phone store, I feel comfortable and that I can trust this store. Kiara is the best when it comes to customer service, she's a very kind person and I walk out with a smile everytime.. you really don't get that with a lot of places anymore! Love it!

Kiara is awesome... Her customer care is great I broke my phone and not only did she help me get a new phone keep my internet and my daughter I highly recommend her on management level definately a 20 out of 10

Tried calling to get information on how to get the pin for my uncle & mothers account since it belonged to my uncles deceased wife and was cutt off & told in the middle of explaining my situation “ah ah ah sorry working many customers” & rudely hung up on me. Worker is terrible will never go here
