Motaz really treated my right today. I broke my old phone. I went there to get a replacement equal to or better than my broken phone. I was sold a phone that constantly over heated and prevented me from doing my job. I was losing money because I couldn't work. Motaz suggested a different phone and took care of all the red tape and hassles for me so I could get back to work asap. Thanks buddy! It's been less than a day with the new phone but it never overheated all day long and I'm liking the features on it way better than the other new phone. I've been a customer for years and he's the reason I keep going back. A+ for customer care!

Went in to this location in Eastgate ohio spent 20 minutes on the cell with cricket to port my number to metro after I did that for them the guy little short fat older guy told me he's not selling me a phone or an account wouldn't tell me why other than he don't have to sell me nothing I asked for his name and id # told me he wasnt telling me his name and told us to get out .

I had the best experience at Eastgate Metro! Motaz is the best! He was kind, informative, attentive and extremely helpful. His customer service skills go above and beyond anyone else I've encountered at any Metro! I will only go to this store from now on. It's 30 miles from home and I pass no less than 5 other stores along the way, but it's worth it. I've had ridiculous issues with a worker named Faris at another franchise, and similar issues with others, but not with Motaz in Eastgate. Unlike others, Motaz is respectable, honorable and he knows what he's doing. He's good at his job; he won't lie to you or try to con you into spending extra money on things you don't need. I highly recommend Eastgate Metro!

We went a week ago to switch over from another carrier. They had a great deal that gave us good phones for the family. The man who helped us was very kind and made sure we walked out the door satisfied. Yesterday one of the new phones ended up going out, and upon going back, the man's son was around and helped us out by getting a replacement fast (it wasn't the same phone, but it was one that my husband likes much better). He worked a great deal for us as well as additional items to go with the phone. He was super kind and worked fast to get us going. The customer service here is FANTASTIC and I would highly recommend. On a side note, upgrades in the future for existing customers look so much better than most carriers! This family ran business is awesome! Kind staff that is ready to help out their customer!

CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION: The only employee, I guess owner, is a real con-artist. We bought a phone to use for the month we was on a Metro plan while switching phone carriers. Once we successfully switched carriers we sold the Metro phone we purchased. Once the buyer tried to activate the phone on his account the guy at this location had the audacity to say it couldn't be done because it was assigned a phone number. We knew that was a lie because we prepaid for the month we used service and bought the phone outright. The employee tried to sell the buyer a LG Stylo and talked to the buyer to try and make us look as if we was trying to rip off the buyer. My husband called Metro customer service in front of the employee to ask why the phone couldn't be switched to the buyers account because we closed our account and paid cash for the phone. The customer service rep asked to be placed on speaker phone and asked the employee, "So, why can't you allow this phone to be put on the buyers account - everything looks good" the employee then tells my husband to hang up, quickly hang up! Saying he will fix it. So now magically this employee is willing to do his job and stops trying to sell our buyer on a new Metro phone. The buyer says he wants the phone we are selling him as it is a week old and $100 less to buy from us. The employee then says it will take 30 minutes to add the phone to his account. The buyer leaves, we leave and he goes to a different location, the phone is set up with zero issues. This isn't the first time this guy has been shady. We had Metro years ago and hated when we had to deal with him. Aby service issues and he tries to sell you a $10 to $20 SIM card. The price depends on what his sales have been I guess. If you have to go in store for anything he tries to sell you a phone or a case. It's ridiculous. We left Metro years ago because their coverage is bad and at that time this was the only close location to us. He was never in the store when the hours stated and he is quote rude if you aren't buying something from him and just want to pay your bill. I highly suggest a different location.

Very nice and pleasant. He didn't try to add a lot of other stuff. We told him what we wanted and that's exactly what he gave us. Transferred all of our info to new phone. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Would recommend to anyone.

The manager/owner takes advantage of people. He knows there is a communication barrier between himself and his customers and does not make it clear what he is doing and how. He sold our family a defective phone and refused to return it even though it had not been over a week. Buyer Beware.

Came on Sunday at 4:23 pm and then store was closed even thought the sign says open until 5 pm. Even called no answer.
