They have the absolute best customer service here. Had a small issue with a return and manager was so helpful. This is why I shop at this store probably way too much.

Believe it or not, 513 Fence needed some art supplies for a custom fence we were installing. I wasn’t sure if I would find what I was looking for. I shopped today at the Waterstone location in Deerfield Township, Ohio. I had so many questions and needed a lot of help with my project. Tiffany went out of her way to offer me exemplary customer service. She said she loves her job and it shows! Every store should have a Tiffany!
