So micheals is usually a store that i experience great customer service with. Im not usually the kind of person to write negative reviews but today the cashier was beyond awful :(. So i was in line checking out and another customer was confused about the price of something so she went back to double check, while she was walking back the cashier emily spoke through her microphone to another staff member snickering about the customer and the things that she was saying about the customer were beyond awful, i was honestly shocked she was speaking about a customer like that in front of another customer. I honestly felt really bad for the customer she was snickering about because she was definitely elderly and seemed like a sweet woman. I got some acrylic paint that was labeled to be on sale, and when the register didn’t apply the clearence discount I said something to emily- and she got extremely rude and basically told me I was trying to lie and scam for a deal- so i walked back and took a picture of the deal and she said no that’s not the same paint and i showed her and she still said no. So another employee came to help (thank god) and she double checked and it was the same paint and she told me someone mislabeled the clearance section. That’s fine, just don’t make me seem like a thief or a liar for saying that it says its on sale when it clearly is labeled that it is. Throughout this whole time I had been super respectful and considerate and smiley and she met me with nothing but absolute rudeness. I get it that nobody wants to work on valentines day but in the same vein I wasn’t being rude so there’s no need to be rude to me or that other poor lady.

I always receive wonderful service at this micheals, I would especially like to note that Tiffany and so helpful, she shows the kindness and care that I look for in a customer service employee, and honestly she deserves a raise. She was super sweet and helpful to both me and every other customer I saw cross her path in the store. Tiffany you rock!

They have the absolute best customer service here. Had a small issue with a return and manager was so helpful. This is why I shop at this store probably way too much.

Believe it or not, 513 Fence needed some art supplies for a custom fence we were installing. I wasn’t sure if I would find what I was looking for. I actually found several things to help me finish my custom fence installation at Michael’s. They have a wide variety of art supplies and just about anything you would need for projects.

The workers at this location have been so rude. The customer service is horrible, and they make you find things by yourself with no help. Madison is very rude

Make sure you check your pickup orders before leaving the store. I ordered 4 skeins of yarn, got charged for 2 and received 1 skein even though they had my full order in stock.

I shopped today at the Waterstone location in Deerfield Township, Ohio. I had so many questions and needed a lot of help with my project. Tiffany went out of her way to offer me exemplary customer service. She said she loves her job and it shows! Every store should have a Tiffany!
