Store was nice clean and lots of product. But cashier seemed to be barely alive. Didn't say a word the whole time while checking out. Besides when we needed a price check. Only said price and stared. Experience felt very awkward.

I will NEVER be going back to any Michael's, let alone this location ever again. This location now has self checks that do NOT work. I went there today and it froze on me not once, but twice. The second time it froze, an employee came over and cleared the entire order off the screen so I had to start all over. I was like um excuse me? So at that point I was done with the self checks. I had to track down an employee and asked her to actually check me out in person at a register and said if that couldn't be done, I'd take my business elsewhere. She acted like that was the hardest thing in the world to do, and did it but very reluctantly. During the entire process, I saw four different employees wandering around like lost puppies. Why couldn't at least one of those employees be assigned to a register??
So sick and tired of this younger generation wanting to get paid but not actually work. I will now be going to Hobby Lobby instead of Michael's.

The workers at the store are very nice. However, they do not have fabric. We came looking for fabric since Jo-Ann Fabrics is closed now. The internet said that Michaels has fabric, but this particular one does not.

It's pretty small compared with Hobby Lobby, so I wasn't sure if I would find everything I was looking for. But they actually had a good variety of supplies, including all kinds of beads, fabric, yarn, and jewelry supplies.

Washout line long! Self checkouts not working! Cashier was to overly friendly with customer at register and took way to much time with this customer as the one continued to grow! Waited 18 minutes to get checked out. Unacceptable, since there were self check out registers not in operation.

Went for a photo album...the entire section was completely unorganized. Nothing was in the right place and I couldn't tell how much anything costs. There are signs for price checks but no scanner to be found. The cashier was friendly though.

DELIVERY DRIVERS: I-71 exit 12, Montgomery Rd/US-22, turn left. 2nd stop light, turn left to shopping center. Next intersection, turn right. Follow the road around to the side facing I-71. Will back into the docks facing toward the freeway (2nd to last dock.) Can break in the parking lot. If delivering overnight, arrive at posted time for staging. Will have to wait 30-60 minutes before receiving staff arrives. Do not break the seal!
