WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS MIDAS I took my car in for a diagnostic with the only problem being tires and an issue with air intake literally 12 days after my car started jerking and having misfire issues. When I took it back they claimed they did nothing however they were the only ones who touched my car. DO NOT GO TO THIS MIDAS THEY WILL MESS YOUR CAR UP.

If zero was an option, it would be given. The desk lied about when the truck was dropped off and tried to say that they were going to impound the vehicle after it had been there less than a week. We were first told the vehicle could be there 2 weeks before being considered abandoned and less than 24 hours later were told it was one week. It had not been there a week when they tried to say that we had abandoned the vehicle. They did not give any time to try to find a way to finance the repairs needed for the vehicle. Staff was rude and unprofessional when calling to discuss the truck being picked up. There was no clear communication from staff and ultimately I will not be bringing any vehicles back to this location for any type of service in the future.

I had a bad experience. They broke a wheel stud and didn’t inform me, assuming I wouldn’t notice. When I got my car back, I discovered the issue and complained. In the end, they replaced the stud but charged me for the labor—over $100 for something that was entirely their mistake.

The most gross incompetence I have ever experienced from any service of any kind. I simply wanted my brakes replaced and oil changed. The lug nuts weren’t put back on my wheel and it fell off leaving their parking lot. This damaged the electrical system and when I came to get it the second time it wouldn’t shift out of park which was not a problem when I dropped it off. I at this point didn’t trust them to fix it and took it to another mechanic. They checked everything they did and it turns out they didn't even fully attach the calipers. It cost around 1200 to have them break my truck and around 5000 to fix the resulting damage and have everything they did redone at another shop. If you value your vehicle do not go here.

I am disabled and on fixed income, I went to midas. Trusting, I would receive good service and a warranty. I was charged for a catalytic converter that was never replaced. I have been lied to by 2 different managers conflicting each other about service I have contacted the GM but no response and my car is getting worse, I'm left with no recourse just lies now I have to file a lawsuit against them to get my service.
Do not use they are thieves.

Since they seem so eager for reviews, I’ll bite! They did what I needed them to do—a tire rotation and a tire rotation only—but charged me $12 for 4 wheel weights as they were “near the end of their life.” This is a service/scam I would have never agreed to if I was consulted. The same wheel weights could probably be purchased from a wholesaler for near a penny per weight, so $2.99/weight is undeniably an up charge used by Midas to cover their costs at the expense of the customer.

My daughter is a college student at UC. She lives on a tight budget and very nieve to choices concerning muffler repair. Unfortunately, she chose Midas. Furthermore, Midas did nothing to warn her of the exorbitant cost to repair her muffler system and was left at the mercy of the wolfs. After hearing about the amount she paid, we tried to gain an understanding of why parts were overpriced. The manager became highly irritated and offered no compromise. Buyer be ware.

I dropped my jeep off on Christmas Eve for issues with the car starting. They quoted me over $1600 for a new starter and a pump they said they’d have it done that day. I contacted them before closing to see what was going on they said it was taking a little longer they’d have it done in a few days cool no problem I know they’d things can take longer than expected. I was upset with the lack of communication. It took a week to finish the car with no communication. I went on the 2nd to pick up car after confirming they’d be open at 8am. I arrived at 805 they were not open I waited 10 minutes in the freezing cold no one showed up. I went home went back at 230ish it took over a half hr to bring my car around and now the car is doing the same thing it’s not starting. This place is terrible.

really a bad experience. got my oil changed and they didnt put the cap back on so later that day my oil burned, leaked and got all over the inside of my engine hood. There was really no accountability or reimbursement. do not go here.

This place tried to scam us terribly. Our child was in the hospital and our car was having issues so we brought it here desperate to get it fixed quickly. They told us that we needed an entire new exhaust system for 6k. We drove further away and took it somewhere else (a family friends shop) and the our friend said all we have is an oil leak and they told us the exhaust system was perfect. How dare these people lie and try to steal from people in our situation. They should be ashamed of themselves. We told them our story too about our child, so they knew we were already going through something difficult and still tried to scam us. Awful service and disgusting behavior. People like this should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Money really does turn people into monsters.

This place is a rip off!! They take your money make promises that they don't keep and they have no idea what they're doing! They had my car for a month and when I got it back three days later I had to take it back they said that my axle had popped out.....how? Somebody don't know what they doing!!!!! Then it happened again about two weeks later so I towed it back to them and they said that my transmission went out! I got a second opinion somewhere else and I found that it wasn't the transmission it was something else that they probably caused who knows...but to top it off someone stole my man's leather jacket and watch from out my trunk I had to call the police!!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!! BEWARE!!!!!
