I took my car in for an oil change (I have been to this location many times before) and my car started making a strange noise. I called them and had to take it back in for them to look at. They apparently didn't screw something in, and it was vibrating loudly. I had to leave work to get it looked at and fixed. I didn't get an apology for my time that was wasted because of their mistake and that was extremely disappointing. I will reconsider before taking my car back here again.

Drove in for a simple oil change, air filter change. I left on a tow truck & a damaged air flow line. My vehicle left in worst condition than it came. I couldn’t drive my vehicle home. I’ve been serviced by this company a few times, this was my first time at the GLENWAY AVE location. I would not recommend any of their locations. I would never receive service from this company again. To many shops, too many technicians get away with negligence, negligence that could have cost me my life or someone else’s life on this day. A mistake or an intentional act to force me to return for services is affecting my life due to this being my only means of transportation. It’s wrong on so many levels. Do not support Midas.

DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY ARE NO HELP & YOUR CAR WILL NOT BE FIXED BUT THEY WILL STILL TAKE YOUR MONEY !!! Terrible service don’t give them your money or you will be back !!! I CANT EVEN BELIEVE I WAS ABLE TO SELECT 1 star bc THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE THAT.

The manager Mr. Hill was great good attitude and very pleasant. I was very pleased with my service from Midas located at 5440 Glenway Ave. I will definitely be back.

GLENWAY Location NEVER GO TO MIDAS LISTEN I WENT FOR AN MUFFLER THEY ENDED UP TELLING ME I NEEDED A NEW ENGINE KNOWING I HAD JUST GOT THE CAR I WASNT SURE IF THE ENGINE WAS GOOD OR NOT BUT I ENDED UP PAYing almost 3,200 For a NEW Engine THEN I HAD TO TAKE MY CAR BACK AGAIN ….IT WAS MAKIN A NOICE 4 days go pass and they don’t even call me I had to call them just for them to tell me they need to swap the engine again I Go BACK TODAY (before I went back today it was 24 days that they had my car just sitting outside) , AFTER THEY SAID IT WAS READY ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH TODAY AND THEY TELL ME ITS A WAIT ANOTHER WEEK AND THAT THEY ARE GETTIN THEY PAYING CUSTOMERS OUT OF THEY WAY REMIND U I PAID 3100 They TREATED ME LIKE I DIDNT GIVE THEM MONEY AT ALL BECAUSE I HAVE A WARRANTY On The Engine I REGRET EVEN WALKING INTO MIDAS

Ian was truly amazing and extremely informative on the whole process. I purchased 2 new tires, wiper blades and filters. I was under the impression from Kia that I needed an alignment. Ian informed me that I did not. He was honest, and that is something I value as a customer. They could've lied and taken me for more money. Rae, was informative and helpful as well. Coffee in the waiting room. The waiting room was nice and cool. This is my second time here, and I'll be back.
