We had a tire checked that had a slow leak. David did an awesome job working on the tire! He didn’t find anything objects in the tire but replaced the valve stem core and applied bead sealer to eliminate the slow leak! Thank you so much!

I went in for a scheduled oil change fully synthetic. I show up on time and I wait awhile. They take my car back. I'm there for over an hour now. They come in an apologize for the wait. A few minutes later and come back in and explain that the lugnuts in my tires. He assured me they ordered new ones and they were being delivered. I waited a bit longer and they came and midas got them onto my tires. I went to pay, the price was to cheap I asked what oil they put in and they told me it was standard. When I told them I was scheduled for full synthetic. They went and changed the oil.
I know this sounds full of complaints. It's not we are all human and everyone has bad days. They were professional and kept me in the loop. Took full responsibility and fixed the problems and were nothing but kind.
