Cost me an arm & an organ to get my brakes fixed 😅 BUT! i arrived an hour ahead a time, they got my car in ASAP, & it was done by the time I set my appointment for 😄 Technicians are very friendly & the waiting area is clean. Even gave me $70 off service/parts ☺️

Carson an Ronnie did a great job on my tune up on my 4th gen. Camaro. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. If you are looking for a mechanic come here ask for Carson he will definitely take great care of your car and there prices are better then any of the car shop around Colerain area....

Went with my friend for his ture balancing g at the colerain Ave location infront of target. Carson the manager was very nice and they got the car done in no time and called us while we were browsing thru target. Would definitely recommend thus location. He has had nothing but a great experience there. He took it in for a noise in rear and they couldn't locate it and didn't even charge him for putting on lift and searching for the issue...that's top notch. No one seems to do that anymore. 5 stars

The BEST place to take your cars. It’s about a half hour drive from me now but I’ll never go anywhere else. Always friendly and fast, and incredibly fair prices. Multiple times Carson has squeezed in my car to take a look when they are really busy. He’s the best! Can’t recommend them enough

Horrible I don’t recommend them at all they taking 3+ months just to fix it and keep on making excuse why it’s taking so long and always changing the date don’t go to them it’s a waste of money and they ended up not even fixing my car don’t go to them 3 months wasted couldn’t even enjoy my summer because of themService: Steering & suspension repair

Carson is amazing. Every time I take my car, it is fast. I can't be thankful enough when I need my car back as fast as possible they get the job done. They are all very nice people and know what they are doing.

Was told by another worker cost would be $885 that’s with tax included
When we went to pick up the car a WEASEL said it’ll be $953 now & then we tried to apply for credit card monthly payment and the guy said that they don’t do that anymore but they have posters plastered all over this place about doing credit card monthly payments.

I was so pleased with the customer service at this Midas. I dropped my car off. I got a call explaining the problem and the repairs needed. After the work was done , I got a call giving me the cost plus tax. No surprises. No pressures.
