Service was great until Alex called me the next day being very rude and disrespectful. I needed to turn in some paperwork that I wasn’t informed about until after the purchase was made. I’m sorry he got commission on this deal he doesn’t deserve it. But the car was nice and it was a good deal.

I went there looking for a used Ford F250 that I saw on line after mine was in a wreck. I was told each vehicle they have goes through a 110 point inspection and they wouldn't sell anything that didn't pass. Driving it home after I went over 70 on the highway the steering wheel shook and there was vibration. Took it to my local mechanic and over 2,000 in suspension work plus more to come here because it still isn't right. Plus I had to clean the inside because they couldn't even wipe down the plastic center council that had pop spills on it. It didn't take me long but its the point of poor costumer service.

Service was great the sales man was very kind and respectful and NOT pushy like other salesmen. (I can’t remember his name and I’m so sorry) When they get pushy it makes me not even want to buy a car from the person that is pushy. He went over the car with me front front to back. We had a great conversation about cars! Over all the service was GREAT!!!
I did not end up purchasing the car because it just wasn’t what I was looking for so I cannot review the car itself but the guy was very professional 💖

We bought a suburban last night and they did an amazing job! They even stayed late to make sure we were able to make the deal! Alex did a great job and went above expectations. He was very honest and didn’t hide anything about the vehicle. I would definitely recommend anybody to purchase a vehicle from here. Also a big shout out to Trent ( i think that’s his name) for staying and make sure all the finance portion went through. 10/10 recommend and will be back in the future! The suburban is beautiful and is my dream car and they made it happen!

I would have given ZERO stars if I could. I visited this dealership with my mother, who has great credit and witnessed ALEX (the very short salesman) throw a complete tantrum after my mother declined the high offer she was given on a vehicle. Everyone knows their budget and for him to go from extremely nice, to highly upset, agitated & very rude was diabolical. His manager sat there and didn't say one word. I honestly wouldn't buy a Huffies Bike from these guys after the performance/incident last week. Not to mention in the two days we visited the lot, we saw not ONE customer visit...maybe this is why. Furthermore, ive NEVER purchased a vehicle or witnessed a salesman make ONE offer with no negation of an alternative option. We left the lot gracefully and will never bicker or act as ALEX did that day. It's definitely not worth it. Especially when you can easily walk into another lot with better customer service. Good luck to anyone who chooses to shop there. I pray he doesn't meet the wrong person who won't walk out peacefully as we did!

Great and friendly staff, well detailed vehicles, competitive prices. Professional operation and clean environment. I called ahead about the truck and the salesman volunteered to look into all my question and even sent photos and video it less than 2 hours after calling. I was there till almost closing time and not once did I get a mention or feeling of being rushed to go home or not having the time cause it was almost closing time.100% recomend, best used car Dealership I have been to in the Cincinnati area!

Purchasing our new ride was with John was a breeze! We love our new car. However they could have done a better inspection of the car before we bought it. We had to fix the breaks right away. But other than that, great service! Would definitely recommend.

Called the dealership, and the young salesman was so fast on the phone I wasn't able to get a word in, and I asked to speak with a manager to talk about my Rolls Royce trade in. Well, he just furthered his smart attitude and ran his mouth in the rudest way. this is not my first time as I'm a car collector. I'm a pilot and a company owner. If he were my employee, he would be fired. what a twit. The worst I've ever encountered. Never should he be allowed to speak to someone like that.
