Mike's Carwash is a family owned and operated chain that delivers a clean, quick carwash every time, with a smile. The staff is polite, informative, professional, thoughtful, and patient. They provide great service and are amazing lifesavers who help tremendously when customers encounter minor hiccups. The prewash and car wash service is done pretty well, leaving cars looking great, nice, and shiny. The ultimate wash includes a wax that lasts for a few weeks. Customers feel the staff thinks of everything, from tracking down lost items to assisting with locked keys. The service is not only at the wash, as a partnership with a Kroger gas station allows the car wash on the same gas ticket. A vacuum service is available for a small additional fee. Mike's prides itself on quality and operates locations in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.
I didn't feel my car got clean enough. So they put it through again. No cost.. much better. Thanks!

Love this new location. Service is professional every time. I've been a monthly member for years. 54 dollars and I'm there a couple times a week. Love it!

Great service, I had an item that must have slipped between the tailgate and the bumper and ended up in the car wash; Mike's staff tracked me down online and let me know they found it! Amazing!
