Love this new location. Service is professional every time. I've been a monthly member for years. 54 dollars and I'm there a couple times a week. Love it!

Great service, I had an item that must have slipped between the tailgate and the bumper and ended up in the car wash; Mike's staff tracked me down online and let me know they found it! Amazing!

As if people don’t look at their car after going to this place. We have Gill’s car wash (which actually does a great job at cleaning), and AAAA car wash which for the similar price will vacuum and wipe down the inside of your car. Mike’s car wash does a great marketing job. Spending all their money on the building look, and marketing ploys, just to give you a garbage wash. Do a better job using your brains if you’re going to a car wash and skip this place every time.

I got sap on my car and came to this Mike’s location for help. Eli was very thoughtful in working on the windows and doing as much as he could to get the issue resolved. It all came off and I really appreciate his and the team’s help!

Store 43 there’s a guy name Dorian Great guy but he is in a long sleeve. I’m a police officer in I have more tattoos than him and I have a short sleeve to wear in the summer days. Mikes policy sucks.

I received the pamphlet to buy 4 washes get 2 free. ( see photo) there was no expiration date listed. I went to use it today and was told it expired July 6. I feel this is not right when there is no expiration date. The attendant told me this had been a problem for many. Just not good business to consumers.

Terrible terrible experience. Returned within 18 hrs of car wash with receipt in hand requesting that they would take care of very clearly missed spots on the side of my car and they refused to get the remaining dirt off of the vehicle. Claimed it was against company policy because it wasn’t same day or same visit. The right thing to do would be take care of the very clearly missed spots (shown in picture) instead of digging heals in on what “company policy” is. Have no interest in returning to this location.
