I have read some reviews about damage and Mikes wouldn’t fix it. My 2020 Camry I had couldn’t go through tire shine because it literally scraped the sides of my car. The first Time it happened corporate fix my car a few years later they had picked the wrong wash for me and it went to the tire shine. Scratched my car up again and corporate had zero issues with fixing my car and paid for a rental. Even though I’ve had issues with damage, they’ve always fixed it and I’ve always had a great experience at the Eastgate location.

The wash was so-so, but no microfiber towels, no free use of the vacuum cleaner... Carriage Wash and WhiteWater will serve you better.

Had a 4 yr membership with them, Damaged my car last week and told me they’re not responsible bc my car is older than 10 years!!

I am a person who usually washes my car manually, so I decided to give this a try, and I was so disappointed. I took it to a manual wash after noticing dirt was still on my car, and then I realized how much it missed was a ton of spots. I was also upset because I paid for the ultimate wash.

After driving to Iowa and back The girl at Mikes stopped me going in to spray bugs on front of car and I would like to thank her. Car looks like it was never out of garage. Great job

Crappy car wash. It missed much of my SUV and not worth the money. We need a Danny's style carwash around here where they clean your car inside and out and wipe it down!

Would have been five star if they supplied free vacs like many of the car wash centers have today.

It's a little more expensive than other car washes. It's worth the extra money. They're very nice and quickly get you in and out.
