Went to check in for my flu shot at the vaccine counter, just for them to tell me I don’t check in here, I check in at the minute clinic computer. I had already checked in on my phone before I arrived. I used this code at the minute clinic computer, just for it to tell me my code is expired and when next week I’d like to schedule my appointment. Ridiculous experience. About 9 employees there; none of which were helpful. Not a surprise this place has terrible reviews.

Waste of time and disappointed. I called and was very specific about the exam I need, I drive 30 min and wait for a while only to be told she doesn’t do the service that’s on their site and confirmed by their receptionist. Do better

Our NP Yvette was wonderful. However I have just received a second bill for our visit that was IN DECEMBER. I have already paid CVS the correct amount, this bill added the same test on 2 more times (my kid apparently got 3 flu tests...). I'm speaking with their billing office tomorrow, but their billing practices are enough for me to seek care elsewhere. What a joke.

I just want to say that the nurse who I saw at this MinuteClinic at CVS likely saved my life. I went there on 03/11/2023 for a B12 shot. While I was there I happened to show her my inflamed legs (thinking the B12 shot would alleviate it.) She was kind enough to examine my legs and consult with the on-staff Nurse Practitioner in the store and urged me to immediately go to the Emergency Room at the closest hospital, explaining that the B12 shot was the least of my concerns. It turns out I had a dangerous blood clot in my leg. THANK YOU for going above and beyond the scope of your duties to look out for me and my well-being and urging me to do the right thing. Obviously the compassionate nurses who staff this clinic truly care about their patients! Amazing job! I'll be forever a loyal customer.

Leslie Archibald is so sweet in every way! I was ten minutes late for my appointment due to traffic and they were about to close. She fit me in really quickly and even gave me a flu shot. Super duper friendly and I totally recommend going there.

The worst call system in the history of call systems. Plus they bounce you from department to department without talking between themselves. So they have little to no clue what's going on at any given point. Just go to urgent care. Forget cvs or don't and waste your time.

Wonderful staff! Evette, the NP that met us was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We felt it was the best dr -patient we had ever experienced! Highly recommended, drive across town totally worth it. The pharmacy was very helpful as well, this is the best CVS I’ve ever known!

I saw Yvette for a standard ppd test and she was great. She got me in very quickly while being professional, kind, and extremely personable.

It was supposed to be a simple hassle free test, however enter CVS and Minute Clinic. The right hand doesnt know it has a left hand. They schedule me for a test they dont give waste an entire day for me to discover Well Now doed walk ins and actually assists you in the process. Last time I complicate my life with CVS.

Usually quite happy with quality of care received at the Minute Clinic at CVS in Anderson., However, not happy with the apparent policy that a patient with an on-line "appointment" can walk in ahead of someone who has been signed in and waiting in person for 45 minutes - and then told it would be another 60 minutes of wait time. Nurse/NP explained that they "have no control" of the electronic appointment/wait time board sign over the log-in area. Then CVS stated they "do not allow public use of their restroom". Agh. Either explain the "walk-ins welcome" sign or only take appointments. No fair allowing jumping to the front of the line - as if it's a Kings Island ride.

Terrible visit this week! Apparently the nurse practitioner doesn't know what poison Ivey looks like and sent us on our way with no remedy after having waited an hour for her return from lunch and then listening to two toddlers screech, shrill, scream and cry for 45 minutes while we waited for them to receive their vaccinations....they should have been at a pediatric office who specialized in working with children but that's none of my business (back to my terrible experience), the nurse practitioner took photos to send to another Dr. (Proving to be incompetent) but then tells me that "she is not convinced that it was poison Ivey and couldn't prescribe a steroid" and proceeded t ask me if there was anything else I wanted her to do? Really???

Great place to visit if you need quick, quality care. I signed in and was seen in about five minutes. I got a strep test, which came back positive, and the doctor I saw asked all the right questions to determine what medications I would need for my symptoms. I'm almost back to 100% after 48 hours of being on antibiotics and ear drops. Wish I had remembered the doctor's name. She was super sweet and tried to make me laugh despite how crummy and feverish I was feeling, Overall awesome experience!
