Absolutely horrifying experience. Do not go to this establishment unless you want to be harassed and treated like a criminal as a paying customer who did nothing wrong. Paid 240$ plus a 60$ tip to be treated like absolute shit by the manager and the employees. Horrible management and disgusting customer service.

Renee has been providing me with excellent manicures since 2017. Her work is top-shelf. Front desk staff is wonderful. I am treated very well at Mitchell’s Salon, and I am just a middle-aged bald man. Imagine what they could do for you.

Nail tech, did not offer upgraded services. Only mentioned after she finished. She used regular polish that she told me would take 2-3 hours to dry. This service cost me $65, on short toenails. I had much shopping to do, and would've preferred quick drying polish.

I booked the Euphoria signature facial today with Amber. It was absolutely phenomenal and so relaxing. Included foot massage, as well as a hot stone shoulder and arm massage. She was very attentive to any skin concerns and provided a very calm atmosphere. I will be back!

Everyone was very friendly! From the staff at the front reception desk to Suzanne & Victoria, everyone makes visits very pleasant. My first experience at another location a couple of years ago left me feeling unwelcome. I still had a gift card to use, and I knew I did not want to go back to that location. I’m glad I chose Hyde Park!
