Spent $50 to have them diagnose a sound my tire was making. They gave me a +$2000 quote for suspension, control arms, and bushings. I decided have someone else look at it. The problem was none of what they quoted me for, but instead my brakes/rotors were missing pins, and I was literally able to take them off by hand!
Either these people are con artists or incompetent at their profession. Either way, I’ll never be back because I can’t depend on honest work from this location.

On thursday april twenty fourth I took my car here for an oil change. I had a coupon off groupon. The Is manager william is who helped me He was Polite , but he missed diagnosed my car and costed me alot of money. After purchasing a $55 coupon that was not refundable.They told me they could not do the oil change because I had a blown head gasket . William told me this. He stated when he took my Oil cap off the car was smoking. He also stated There were particles mixed him with my coolant. This sent me into a panic Because that's a very expensive repair. He told me it was not safe to drive my car very far. So I drove it to the dealership on glenway Where I do have a warranty for my engine. They could not get you my car until monday so I was left with the only option of purchasing a rental car Which costed me four hundred and seventy five dollars. Plus the loss of that fifty five dollar coupon That is non Refundable. Mon.
Day when ford got to my Car The dealership stated my coolant was just dirty and there would coolant in the oil tank not oil in the coolant tank. Also my car had been running for an hour prior to them taking the oil cap off. How can a place like this misdiagnose?A car so badly. I can't even find a good number for corporate. I'm so disappointed

Found myself in a shitty situation with a flat tire after work! Tried to get it patched but ended up needing a new tire and this place was amazing! Will and Eli got me in super quick, and got me back on the road. I felt super comfortable here, and will definitely be back for any other car needs! I highly recommend this place. Will and Eli were truly amazing!

Walk customer. Received immediate service. Technician paid attention to all inspection items. Complete full service synthetic oil change and tire rotation.

This one rating is for two reasons only. Both having to do with misleading pricing when I was going in for an oil change. First I had a coupon for 10 dollars off. At the counter the person said that the way you get the 10 dollars off is you have to scan the QR code. I scanned it it took me to a Monro web site. So then I asked where do I go from here to get my 10 dollars off. He had no idea and neither did I. So it was a coupon I could not use.
The second issue is that they advertised the oil change for one price but then the added extra charges. $2.90 for disposal and a shop supply Fee of $9.75. If they know that is part of the oil change then it needs to be included in the advertised price.
