Montgomery Cyclery Beechmont is a neighborhood bike shop known for its great customer service experience. The staff is amazingly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable, providing prompt and excellent service with no sales pressure. They are patient, answer all questions, and go above and beyond, offering practical advice and making adjustments for a perfect fit. The shop has a great selection of bikes for test rides. Decided to tackle a repair on an older road bike of mine and realized that I needed some bicycle specific tools. Sheldon helped me find the correct tools for the job and gave me great advice. I’m happy to report that my bike is now ready to get back on the road!

I’ve had nothing but great customer service, from these guys. I’ve dealt with Seldon a lot, but everyone here is very helpful and knowledgeable, and polite. Brought my bike in to have new brakes put on, and when I picked it up, price was as quoted. They do great work. I would definitely recommend them!
