Diagnosed and repaired an electrical gremlin that was causing my 3rd gen 4Runner to stall and lose power—an issue that a certified Toyota service center and another independent repair shop were unable to identify or fix.

The team was fast and incredibly friendly! Adrian called back promptly after I left a message and they were amazing in getting me back up and safely running! Also something was falling off of my van and they doctored it up nice without me even mentioning it..I feel safe in my van again! Thank you guys! Ill be back for sure!

Damned good group of honest guys with knowledge and the skills to apply it. Theyve taken care of my vintage trucks and saved me from potentially bad road situations on several occasions over the years and continue to do so, and for a fair price too.... Theres a reason how come they keep getting Clermont County business of the year awards....

They didn't actually do any work to my vehicle, but from the first time I called to set an appointment, I could tell they were genuinely more caring and inquisitive than any mainstream auto center I've visited.
When I brought my van in, Adrian was kind enough to accompany me for a test drive, where he rode in my rather unconventional passenger seat (where there is no seat belt), while I drove, as I didn't want anyone else driving my quirky van before listening to the sound it was making. (Which I very much appreciated)
Less than 2 minutes into the drive, he concluded it was a transmission problem (likely the torque converter/pump).
He made it clear he couldn't be 100% positive without looking at it.
He offered to dig into it for me and made me aware of the potential problem/price before sending me off with the info of a trusted mechanic who specializes in transmissions.
He saved me the cost of an unnecessary full diagnostic while letting me take him for a sketchy test drive and left me with invaluable info. The least I can say is that these guys are honest and know what they're doing.
I should've tipped him.. I didn't have any cash and might have been too self-absorbed with my newfound problem to think about it even if I did.
Be better than me. Tip your mechanics. Especially these guys.

Jeff replaced the turbocharged motor in my Lincoln and he did one hell of a job and trust me it wasn't easy 500 Miles later no leaks no codes no problems he did the job efficiently and on time I would recommend to anybody nice work

took my old 51 chevy pick up in and the guys were on it ! diagnosing and fixing issue after issue over a few day period with a reasonable price ! truck shifts and runs better than it ever has , highly recommend Morris Automotive !! i’ll defiantly be back, great communication and honesty on their end! if you’re looking for a top notch garage for all your car needs/fixes Morris auto is the place . thanks again guys
