Good car wash until Dave died now his family has ruined it prices have changed also

There are fragrance dispensers behind the wash building but the do not work and are not marked as out of order.The bill changer I used out front only dispensed dollar coins… the fragrance dispensers are $0.75But the car wash itself is open for business…
