I just tried to call this place and ask for a simple quote on a serpentine belt, alternator, and spark plugs. The guy answering told me he was busy at first, I politely asked if I should call back later, he then asked what I needed. He gave me a price off the top of his head, and then I asked if they do replacements if I bring the parts (a common question because some shops do and some don't). He proceeded to rudely ask me if I take a hamburger or a hot dog (made no sense) and then told me not to ask stupid questions. I've never heard somebody be this rude over the phone and I'm shocked how they would still be in business talking to potential customers like that. I would never trust my car with people like that.

I can’t say enough good things about Mueller’s Auto! While on a road trip, we had problems with our engine overheating while passing through the Cincinnati area. We were trying to nurse the car to a nearby shop found on Google and actually passed Mueller‘s by chance on the way! We were initially told that he couldn’t squeeze us in, but he allowed us to sit in his parking lot for a while to waited for the engine to cool enough again. He ended up coming out to the parking lot anyway and helping us free of charge! He made sure that the coolant was reaching the engine again and provided us with more to bring with us if we had any more issues on our trip. He was also very knowledgeable about the common issues with the make and model we drive! Very impressed and very thankful. Good, honest people still exist in the world!

I have a 1977 Ford F150. Mr. Mueller did a fantastic job with all the repairs needed. Very fair with the price and a quick turn around. Recently we moved to the Norwood area and he came highly recommended. I would trust Mueller's Auto with all our family's auto needs. Ross

Do not go here if you want a fair price. I am a young female and the estimate he gave me was double what I received when I took my car somewhere else. He completely tried to take advantage of me.

I was very impressed with Mr. Mueller and his examination of my car. I thought I had a serious problem and he discerned that I only needed two new tires. He did not charge me for labor and as I was a first time customer. He was very professional, nice and efficient.

Rodent damage to electrical wiring under hood (see pics), noted on Thanksgiving (holiday no more, also, something about a pandemic...). Apart from holiday and weekend closing, Bill saw me sharpish Monday and came recommended through friend of family. Prompt, professional, accommodating. Quick work and thorough, more than I can say for insurer and Comprehensive coverage at any rate. $830 or so and slashed off $100 for what it's worth (can't make estimate myself accurately). Made useful insights into rodent prevention in future, charged battery, advisement over rusting Japanese steel parts under hood, even used a rubbing compound to buff out my neighbor's loving addition to my paint job. Bill's a stand up guy, an honest mechanic (particularly rare), and has had ample experience. Oh, also declared "essential service" for the State in light of COVID for servicing USPS vehicles which might pay additional dividends depending on how the pandemic shakes out.

Mr. Mueller is fabulous. I was visiting Cincinnati and my truck was groaning terribly. Based on his great reviews here and on Yelp, I went to Mueller’s Auto Service. Mr.Mueller is kind and professional. The only thing that was wrong was my truck needed some power steering fluid. He wouldn’t let me pay for his time or the power steering fluid. So. I’m leaving Mr. Mueller this fabulous review. And sending him some chocolate! If I lived in Cincinnati, I would have just found my permanent mechanic!
